The staff were decent but a bit too clueless as to how to professionally handle guests. Rooms were okay. Basics like dental kit, kettle and raw materials, mini bar etc were not available. It is common in other hotels of the same rate. The decor, ambience and smells were not befitting the rates. The bed linens had signs of rough use.

The high list of the stay at this hotel war morning chai with cockroach. Hotel seems lost its prime long ago they charge you as its 3 star hotel. The property had most of the rooms empty and hotel staff seems not accustomed for servicing guests. The rooms were not how they look in the pictures, in sufficient lighting in the room while few of the lights were flickering throughout the night even after switching them off. Shower was not working, ac was hardly useful as it was not cooling, the fan made sound like switching turbo motor. Overall overpriced hotel, not maintained neatly with clueless staff, avoid if you can.

The hotel is situated near the city centre just outside city limits Extremely neat and clean place with spacious rooms Room’s are neat and clean and comfortable and well maintained The staff are courteous and well behaved The quality of food is outstanding Excellent experience overall
