Shakti from the room turndown service was attentive and always eager to assist. Overall, my experience was pleasant, with all the staff I encountered demonstrating exceptional customer service and consistently going above and beyond. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. However, I did experience housekeeping entering my room uninvited—once while I was in a business meeting and another time while I was sleeping—to provide water bottles. I would recommend using the door chain to avoid unexpected entries. The front desk staff were extremely professional and courteous, as was the room service team. I would note that the gym is quite basic, and the swimming pool area has limited seating and tables. Additionally, from the second day of my stay onward, I was frequently asked to leave a review, which I found a bit uncomfortable. Despite these minor concerns, I would still recommend staying at this Sarovar Portico hotel.

I had stay at sarovar with my family I'm coming from England and it was ambiance stay . The food quality was awesome and the rooms are very beautiful and spacious. Ramandeep Kaur from front office she's very helpful and sweet . She was daily come in my and said me mam everything was comfortable. I love with her nature . Thank you Ramandeep

The stay was great. Amazing rooms. And comfy beds. The room is spacious. The suites were great. The food quality was brilliant as well. The staff is really polite. Mr Dharam and Gaurav assisted us to provide us a smooth check in. Overall experience was brilliant

From the initial planning to the actual ceremony day, staff was very professional, honest and helpful especially Damanpreet Ma’am. Her approach and attitude towards everything was par excellence. From day 1 to the last minute changes, Daman Ma’am and her team made it seem like a breeze.

Overall experience was good. Good reception and breakfast menu and stocked up room snacks. Staff was also very good . Location was incredible and sarovar portico best hotel for staying . I generally stayed in sarovar my every stay was very amazing
