"Absolutely phenomenal experience at Taj Gorbandh, Jaisalmer. We celebrated a special occasion with friends and family, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The ambiance was luxurious and elegant, with impeccable decor and exceptional service. Our server, Anish was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our every need was met. The food was truly exceptional - each dish was expertly prepared, presented, and tasted divine. We enjoyed Papad Paneer, Pasta, and desserts. Thank you, Mr Pawan Thakur, and to your team for the arrangements and the memorable time spent. Special thanks to Mr Krishna Pal Singh for his proactive and positive approach in smooth tie-ups. I booked a stay at this hotel as a surprise for my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. My wife truly enjoyed it, which made me very happy. The hotel provided a beautiful and comfortable stay, and what stood out the most was the excellent staff. They were extremely polite, respectful, and treated us like very special guests throughout our time there. I want to especially thank Mr. Kishan Pal who handled our booking with great professionalism. He was very helpful from start to finish, and even during checkout, when there was a minor issue, he resolved it quickly without any hassle. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our stay and grateful to the whole team for making the occasion memorable.

One of the best Taj properties in the country. Newly refurbished and launched property. They UPGRADED our room to 2+ category which was nice of them. Late check out was also allowed. Suryagardh and Taj should be your top 2 options well ahead of Marriot , ITC and any other boutiqe property in Jaisalmer. Pratap , Gitesh , Bhagwan took really good care of us at Taj Gorband Palace. Most importantly a FAREWELL was give to us during our check out with cake cutting and photo session with the staff. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely breathtaking experience at Taj Jaisalmer! The food was exquisite, with every dish a masterful blend of flavors and spices. The service was top-notch - attentive, friendly, and seamless and the person Mr hirok was really friendly and helpful throughout our trip .The ambiance was stunning, with beautiful decor and impeccable hospitality. Can't wait to come back!

Taj Gorbandh stay has been warm in a heart warming way unlike the summer of Jaisalmer. The staff is courteous and takes great care. We had a luxurious stay, as Gold members we got a room upgrade as it was available. We just hope the property although recently launched, do a bit more to be comfortable and viable all year long. There are people and families like we who like and enjoy off season travels, so that we can visit a place in peace.. Taj should explore existence of such familes. We thank Mr Gitesh, the GM and special thanks to the chef.. and Mr Bhagwan.. who served us.
