I’ma regular visitor to lohagarh resort and everytime i visit there I’m very happy with stay, service and food. People are very courteous and always willing to provide best service. Definitely if you visit once then you would want to visit very season and enjoy the beauty

A great stay as always, properly has improved in terms of beauty. The danger is to not just become a wedding venue but also remain as a calm oasis for discerning travellers. Paying extra attention to repeat guests will be highly appreciated next time. Also, please improve the bathroom appointment with a few shelves

The property looks really elegant. However, the service is extremely poor and slow. For a vast property like this, they need more staff and maintenance, in which they are lacking. We went there for my friend’s birthday. But when her husband called the reception to request for some Birthday arrangements, one guy at the reception refused and said they don’t do birthday arrangements. When we enquired about it during check-out, other people at the reception said they do birthday arrangements, which showed that they clearly have communication gap. They also miscalculated our bills. Some Of the staff really need proper training. On the day of her birthday, there was an outdoor buffet near the open stage, where there was some folk music & dance was going on. We wanted a la cart in the room, but nobody received call at the dining to take the order. After repeated calls here and there we were told that there was no one to take order as everyone was busy at the outdoor buffet. We were disgusted and honestly it is the first time we faced a situation like this. We pre ordered the cake. After repeated calls, they gave us food and the cake at around 11.15 pm. Total disappointment. Only the saving grace was the beauty of the place

Excellent place to, to go with really nice . Loved this place . Staff is also are very much co operative. In all very good. Very much activities are also there . Mr Ranveer Singh helped me a lot and Mr Manoj Singh, Bhudev Singh ji also helped me .excellent

Very unprofessional . I forgot some of my stuff in the room . I contacted them the same day and they informed that they had found my stuff but the room service staff had thrown it away. On being asked that why they did not contact me , they said that it is not their policy . I have never seen such absurd policy where the hotel staff is aware that the guest have forgot something but instead of informing they throw it away .
