My booking with ranimahal, jaipur was cancel-led by you on the eleventh hr and booked hotel grand sky as an alternative by your representative sri mayee. I'm sorry to say t my experience is horrible. Unbearable bad smell in the very small room and the toilet, unbearable noise from the rooftop night club throughout the night, no body to hear your grievances as there are very few staff in the hotel, fridge - inoperative, no milk powder and tea sachet despite repeated reqest. There are many more to say. Please don't recommend this property to anyone for the sake of your reputation also.
