An Amazing Experience We are short of words to thank Mr.Vardhaman Rathore, the GM, Mr Udhaybir Garcha, Director Operations and Staff for our incredible stay at your wonderful Hotel –Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur. The Service was par excellence. I believe the GM and Mr. Udhaybir Garcha under their dynamic leadership have created a commendable core, emotional, functional and a culture of service excellence in the Hotel which is worthy of being emulated by other Hotels. Absolutely amazing level of customer service. There are a few staff members who deserve more than a special mention and recognition : GM – Mr Vardhaman Rathore - a highly dynamic, vibrant, ‘hands on’ leader. I strongly believe he is highly instrumental in creating a superb Brand for the Hotel. He came to meet me specially and we could sense that he had the pulse of the entire Hotel. Mr Udhaybir Garcha : Director of Operations: He is the first person I got in touch with for our bookings. An outstanding professional who understood our specific needs and went out of his way to ensure a great experience for us. He kept checking on our well-being through our stay. Udhaybir has a highly customer centric and pleasant disposition. He made it special for my sister in law for her farewell & forthcoming birthday. He has a very pro-active and pleasant disposition and exuded ownership & complete control of the Hotel operations. He is a tremendous asset to the Taj Brand. I strongly believe Udhaybir has an extremely bright future for who he is - as an inspiring leader. He is a tremendous leadership asset to the Taj Brand with a great potential of being a world class Global leader. Front Office : Muskaan - a very warm welcome was organised by the Director of Operations, FO Manager and Muskaan. Muskaan ensured an efficient and seamless check in process. She assisted us tremendously and briefed us about the property with keen interest. Muskaan is a great asset to the Front Office. F&B : Chef Bhavesh – He made our experience absolutely memorable. A special mention particularly of him as the famous egg ***! He was exceptional- tremendous energy to serve, ever smiling and very caring. Mr. Narendra Rathore: A very special mention of Mr Narendra Rathore who had a tremendous positive attitude – and ever smiling. We could sense Narendra’s intrinsic heart and desire towards service excellence – He made it a point to reach out and assisted us in making the most of our time in the Hotel and the restaurant. A very engaged professional who was seen at every meal to ensure we get the best. Mr Madan : We deeply appreciate and were delighted by Madan’s immense personalised care much beyond the call of duty. He was Excellent! He had a tremendous positive attitude and served us commendably well. Madan is a great asset to the Brand. Sumer, Mansi, Arnie, Simran, Kushimita - I wish to compliment them for their heart of service and who went out of their way to serve us Sumer and Mansi left a deep impact
