Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

Good hotel to stay in

Stayed here due to arrangement made by conference organizers which I was attending. They charge fees like a 5 star, but it's definitely not worth it. Nobody comes for help with your luggage while checking in, and there is only one checkin desk. The service is super slow - was standing for a good 30 minutes with luggage at the checkin counter. The food served at the conference caused me some kind of food poisoning, suffered badly for 3 days. I have travelled across India to many 5 star hotels but this is perhaps the worst I've experienced so far. I would have put up with this kind of service had this been a 3 star hotel, but I definietly don't expect this from a property that charges 5 star like prices.

Great rooms, service & food! Chef Prem Singh turns out the most amazing cuisine. Deepak Sharma, Ashu, Prem Sengar, Mahesh, Pasang, Surendra, Narendra & Anil provide impeccable service to guests. You must try their al fresco restaurant taBlu on the 8th floor which has a beautiful view and lovely music. The 24x7 cafe Zolocrust has the best pizzas you can get and a buzzing ambience. The Library has gourmet South Indian cuisine to tickle your taste buds. Overall this hotel is the most happening in town!

Nice hospitality, staff are polite, attentive and sincere in service. Food items are delicious and served hot as per requirement of guests. Narender (captain) was receiving guests with sweet smile and arranging their requirements. On the whole wonderful experience staying in Clarks Amer 👍

Pathetic Service! Reception people are clueless. Even if you call 3-4 times to Reception, room service etc etc, they don't even bother to serve you. We had to come down to the Reception after multiple calls for basic stuff like plates and spoons, taking luggage from our room during check out etc. I'll never recommend this to anyone.

Stay elsewhere Was not clean, check-in was a nightmare, check out was a nightmare.. would not come again.

As per my booking, room with bath tub is to be provide but hotel denied to provide room with bathtub, even i have paid extra for bathtub room

We had three days wedding at clarks amer the rooms was excellent... Front office team was excellent during check in. House keeping team was good.. Food was excellent. Service was excellent during the meals .. FNB staff was good during meals.

I really didnt like my stay at the place, this seemed to be very old property where half of the things in room where either falling off or had already fallen, door had become rusty and was difficult to close bathroom door. At the time of breakfast there was no clean table to sit and eat on moreover had to take my plate and sit by the pool to finish my breakfast. The reception also seemed in experienced they gave me a room where someone was already staying. I am not coming back to this place again

Wish i could give less than 1 star. Rooms : this is an old property with renovated rooms. Most of the equipment's in the room are old. You will not have a feeling that you are staying in a premium room. Service : pathetic. Staff entered the room in our absence and arranged the extra bed without our permission. When escalated the issue, manager has promised to talk to me in person which did not happen till now. Breakfast buffet : its like a fish market. Management failed to handle the crowd(marriage event) and messed up the dining experience. Had to wait for the food and fight for the table after losing all the patience.

The staff was busy in wedding. There was cockroach in our room no one come from staff even asking 4 to 5 times. The room structure and the building is too old. False fire alarm ringing evn with the steam of water from bathroom or using hair dryer. Swimming pool useless the pool was dirty also baby pool and most of the time you are not allowed because wedding take place there. Room was dirty even asking for room cleaning still it was same. The staff is very careless and slow.
