To begin with, this is not even close to a 3-star hotel. The cleanliness is appalling! When concerns were raised with the staff, the front desk simply dismissed them, saying, 'It’s a budget hotel.' But why is it advertised as 3-star accommodation? This is by far the most unhygienic hotel I’ve ever encountered. The bedsheets were stained, the pillows smelled musty with visible mold, and the entire room was riddled with dirt and stains. The bathroom was an absolute nightmare. he hotel is located at the end of an alley, close to where express buses stop, so you can imagine the constant noise and honking! They don’t provide bottled water, only water in a pot. Honestly, who would dare drink it? Most of the positive reviews seem to come from TripAdvisor, but make sure you do your own due diligence! Despite paying for two nights, I couldn’t bear to stay even one. The staff promised a refund but ultimately failed to deliver on that promise. Never trust this hotel!

Good for a night’s stay. Budget Hotel located in an alley and it’s the last hotel so you don’t hear the noise from traffic, which is good. Floor and bathroom/toilet can be cleaner. They don’t provide complimentary water. Dinner is convenient because there’s a restaurant on the 5th floor. Breakfast is average

噩夢！看了點評訂的這家旅館。招待所也比它乾淨！ 千萬不要找前台租車。司機停一個地方問我們收停車費1000盧比！臭***！ 被子枕頭套是臭的，我們後來付了兩天的錢，住一天就逃出來了。 實在嚇人，黑店！

Une option économique offrant un rapport qualité prix correct - la chambre et spacieuse et lumineuse, douche chaude et toilettes à l’occidentale. Niveau de propreté ok mais la literie et le linge de lit (comme tout le reste) ont vécu. Le point noir à nos yeux fut emplacement : pratique car proche métro mais impossible de dormir sans boules quies à cause du concert de Klaxons de la rue voisines, ininterrompu de jour comme de nuit

・洗面所があまりキレイでは無い ・お湯が出るまで10分ほど掛かる ・飲み水は支給されるが、ペットボトルでは無く、ポットで支給される ・コンセントはインド仕様なので、携帯電話の充電ができなかった ・朝ごはんはブュッフェと聞いていたが、5品ほどを部屋に持ってきてくれた ・壁が薄いのか、外の音が響いて聞こえる ・トイレットペーパーが無いので、持参が必要 ・トイレを流す勢いで、トイレの水が便器から外に飛び出るので注意

Hotel is really so good, view from the room is so pleasant. Rooms were so neat & clean. Staff were so polite & humble.

it very very bad behaviour and by mistake we are booking single occupancy but we need double occupancy so they charge ₹500 extra for the same room which we are already booked and we want to modify in double occupancy but the error occurred because they are charged in their system .

Good location supportive staff clean room clean bathroom over all 4 star food variety should be added

I have never seen a more rubbish hotel than this-the room was not clean the blanket was not clean i will never come

I was checked-in late. But the staff is cope-rate with me and provides me a good room. Food is tasty.

1) initially they said no booking with your name. 2) they charge half of per day charge on early checking. 3) no drinking water provided until i request 4) no hot water in bathroom 5) dirty bathroom with pipe leakage 6) pigeon enters from the back window. 7) no front window to see road or outside 8) pathetic staff behaviour arrogant owner.
