Even budget OYO accommodations are far better than this place. Though the building is a tall 10-floor structure, it’s awkwardly divided among several so-called “hotels” that appear to share rooms and staff. The entire setup felt more like a shady arrangement than a professionally run hotel. We stayed here starting 20th July, and the issues were endless: No electricity for the entire night – the entire hotel was in complete darkness. Unbearable stench in the room that made it difficult to stay inside. Loud disturbances from neighboring rooms, likely due to similarly poor conditions. No toiletries provided, even after repeated requests. No in-room telephone – had to use our own phones to reach reception. Breakfast was a joke – one aloo paratha and a small portion of poha packed for two people. The staff seemed completely untrained and unprofessional – it felt like a group of teens running the show without supervision or standards. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s neither worth your money nor your peace of mind.

First of all I would like to thank the host Mr Shakti Singh. He did the checking smoothly and gave us the front view and best rooms which included many facilities like mini kitchen, fridge, microwave, toaster, RO water facilities etc. The room service staff was also very helpful. They helped us in everything and Mr Shakti Singh also told us about the Jaipur side view.

Very good place to stay very good housekeeping cleaning and service of staff and welcoming was very good . I'll like to come back again there and also jaipur is very beautiful city . I would like to recommended it to other people. Also have good bar infinity pool.

1. There was only 1 executive taking the check-in and made us wait 30 mins in the lobby. 2. Rooms assigned had a weird smell to it 3. The WiFi was not working throughout the stay despite reporting it 4. We had to request for toiletries and were not kept prior 5. There was a weird smell coming to the bathroom 6. The shower faucet was loose and it fell on my feet as soon as I touched it (my feet still hurts)

Very poor place . No one know how to speak. No dressing sense . No electricity in floor. I feel worker of the building even using swimming pool . Watching girl in bad way No safety Bad rooms Bad bathrooms

The food and service is top notch. Great service and hospitality by Depanshi. A must try place. The food and ambience is quite good and its a family friendly restaurant. A must try place if you are in Jaipur.

Hygiene very bad.Pillow coves and bedsheet i think not have changes since 6 months.Very dirty.hairs of ? previous guest are lying on bed.pathetic washroom hygiene condition.When u call the hotel staff ,they say they have nothing to do with apparent .and the owner do not respond. I Made a huge mistake by coming here.even u have to carry ur own luggage from car to room and wise versa.hotel staff denies to do that
