Yes Everyone Did their Duty at Best be it Rajiya ji at Check in and being Point of contact or Sakshi ji at Restaurant and all the other staff from Nazara restaurant at Dinner table. All were doing their Job exceptionally well. Also had the pleasure of talking to Manas ji( director of operations) there and learning more about the back hustle of building just a great 5star property on abandoned Fort. Thank you everyone.

The hotel ambience and cuisine were perfect. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to delight the guests. Service levels were impressive. We had a memorable stay. Can’t wait to go back!

this review is for anyone thinking of spending time in Alila fort, Bishangarh. Don't think twice. Just book it and let the magic unravel. The landscape, the countryside, the beauty that is Alila towering over it all, you are in for a magical adventure. What makes Alila special is the team. What amazed me was how every single team member, from front office to restaurant staff, to security guards to servers..every single member is out there to make your stay memorable. and its not just that customary, always -smiling- face kind of hospitality. It's real, genuine and warm. Chef Hemant and his team make sure u have limp smacking traditional delicacies such as kachori kadhi, bajara roti, garlic chutney, lal maas etc. everything they serve on your plate is a work of art. Bondita Das, at the front office deserves a special mention for giving us an upgrade to the Grand suite. For constantly checking on us, making the stay super special for us, for clicking amazing pictures. Pankaj at Nazaara, i will never forget the love with which u served us, specially that amazing panchmel dal u got for my girl. Abhishek and Siddhanth at Amarsar were all love and warmth. Deep you are amazing too. we are surely coming back for some magic

Had a lovely stay at Alila Fort Bishangarh...A perfect combination of an awesome location with excellent service... The entire Team at the Hotel Alila makes every possible effort to make your stay comfortable...Had authentic Rajasthani food (bishargarh thala) thanks to Narendra .... and one thing is for sure....All the staff particularly the Cart Drivers can give professional photographers a run for their money....they click excellent pictures on the request of the guests...The spa services is excellent special mention to Reena..the food is delicious.. special mention to the complimentary hi-tea.. The cart service is very prompt.It is huge property with various spots to take excellent pics. Although would like to point out few things which could have added cherry on the cake..It was our anniversary so to celebrate the special day we had chosen alila..but even though being off season and very limited occupancy they ignored our request to upgrade the rooms which generally most of the properties have done during the off season. Secondly the room was so called decorated…they could have used atleast few petals of roses if not more...have shared the picture for you to decide yourself..The washroom fittings are not clean enough.
