good stay at 7 apple Pratap nagar

I checked in on 6th December, 2024, late evening, I was with family, we were carrying a lot of luggage. I requested for help, the reception desk refused it, I asked for a trolley, so that I could load the luggage and take it to the room, they refused a trolley too. I had a little argument with Aditya, the gentleman on the reception desk, but he refused any kind of help. Experience at the breakfast table was worse, the tables had no cutlery in the cutlery stand, neither napkins, and, the same was missing from buffet counters as well. I requested for a Dosa, seeing a Dosa being served, the server refused, and said they don't make Dosas, it was really shocking as I saw another guest being offered a Dosa. We had a young child with us, we requested for some milk for the child, server brought us a glass of milk after 30 minutes, that too was boiling, and couldn't be poured into her bottle. We asked for the milk to be cooled or another glass of milk with a lower temperature, the server took it and never came back. Our room was for 3 guests, we paid for one extra bed, but they gave only one bath towel, linen was dirty, walls were stained. Staff is very rude, restaurant is under staffed.
