Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly renovated home. Everything is modern and BRAND NEW! Enjoy a nice cozy evening in the backyard next to the fire while your kids play some mini-golf.
This beautiful home has been FULLY renovated in April 2024. It is located in an older neighborhood that is quite and peaceful. It has a gorgeous brand new white kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite meal.
Our holiday decor is up from middle of November to about the second week of January. Come hang out and feel all the cozy vibes.
We have a nice king bed suite in the master bedroom, and a queen bed suite in the 2nd bedroom. There is a pull out couch, with a full size mattress inside that can sleep two people comfortably.
The home also includes two full bathrooms one with a stand up shower and one with a garden tub. A huge washer and dryer for all your laundry needs as well.
We also have a beautiful newly renovated backyard with brand new artificial (turf) grass, a mini golf section, and a fire place to relax next to in the most comfortable chairs.
If you are into playing games, we have corn hole available, a ping-pong table in the garage (no AC in the garage available just yet) and some board games if the weather isn't great.
This home fits 6 people comfortably.
Located less then a mile from I-295, 13 min from Hanna State Park aka the beach. 15 min from St. Johns Town center, 20 min to the Mayport Naval Station, 25 min from the JAX airport. 13 min from downtown or the Jaguar Ever Bank Field Stadium. 18 min to Mayo Clinic Hospital and 10 min from UNF.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please remember that quiet hours, are from 10pm to 7am.
