Too overpriced!! No Wi-Fi as in all Sama hotels. No mentioned pool. Breakfast was so poor A standard room gave me the sense of hostel but not a comfort

Bel emplacement au milieu de nulle part. Accueil chaleureux. Buffets corrects. Architecture sympa. Mais un lit aussi dur qu'une planche et bancal. Salle de bains où le vent souffle et vive lumière centrale mal orientée mais impossible de se voir dans le miroir. Donc évitez la séance rasage lors de cette étape. Pas de wifi. 3 chaînes de télévision dont une avec propagande. Prévoyez une petite laine et un bon bouquin.

Great mountain views.I love it..a perfect place to stay. Quiet. Peaceful on surrounding..very relaxing to stay!! No window its because of a bad temperature..accmmodating villa is be pair....

We would spend one night here on a Jebel Sams tour stop over and found the accommodations comfortable, and adequately suitable for a short stay! After checking out the basic level rooms on line we would ask our tour operator to upgrade us to a mountain view room. Mountain view rooms are larger and have a nice balcony with a view of the resort and mountains. Our room came with a small fridge and an electric heater which we appreciated for the cold March night we would experience. Meals are buffet – Dinner consisted of average fare and included beef, butter chicken and Camel Skewers Breakfast was a simple selection of cold and hot dishes and an egg station. We found the restaurant staffs helpful and cheery for both dinner and breakfast. Considering this is a high turn over tour group catering resort, our stay was as expected and we highly recommend upgrading one’s room for added comfort!

Beautiful stone rooms. No problem driving up here with our 1600cc automatic sedan car ( including the 10km dirt road drive to reach the hotel ) We stayed 2 nights with half board. The location of this hotel is great for those opting for W4 - Summit hike cause the starting point it’s just a stone’s throw away whereas the W6 balcony windows hike is 6km away. The room is clean and they provide a small heater in the room, which is great as the room gets cold in the early morning. We also like the food during dinner. The staffs are also friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the grand chalet, which is actually a rectangular stone room with a patio looking over the mountains behind. Other rooms are tented “glamping style” (not much above a tent accommodation) accommodations. Furnishings and amenities are on the spartan side. For example, there are only four hangers and an old chest to lay your close out. There is also no WiFi available. We were there in winter and the only heat source was a small space heater so the room was a little cold at night, even with the heater running full blast. Buffet dinner was very good. The barbecued camel meat is a highlight (and probably the best prepared camel meet we tried on our tour).

Sehr gute Adresse für Übernachtung zum Balcony Walk oder Jabal Shams. Schön angelegtes Resort. Essen: TOP. Sehr grosses Buffet, Frühstück: sehr umfangreich. Unterkunft: wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Bergblick. Sehr geräumig, aber spartanische Ausstattung, großes Bett, beheizbar mit Heizlüfter ausreichbar, kalter Boden (Hausschuhe mitnehmen) , tolle Lobby, herzlicher Empfang, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir würden wiederkommen.

die anlage, mit unterschiedlichen unterkunftsarten, ist schön gelegen, unweit vom balcony walk im jabal shams. wir hatten ein steinhäuschen mit kleiner terasse davor. im großen ganzen, ok, da sauber. jedoch fehlten einige dinge (handtücher, duschgel, fön...), die auf anfrage aber, recht schnell gebracht wurden. der kleine heizlüfter hat es natürlich nicht geschafft, zimmer und bad warm zu kriegen. das restaurent, ähnelt leider einem kantinenraum. frühstück/abendessen (selbstbedienung) ok. kein wlan!

Camere belle, bel resort, bellissima la posizione. In inverno si gela, la stufetta che danno non basta a riscaldare la stanza. Anche la sala ristorante è gelida, non si riesce a mangiare bene perché fa troppo freddo. Qualità del cibo nella media, niente di eccezionale
