Absolutely the best hotel staff !! So friendly and helpful!! The shuttle is great but make sure if you need it check the times because drop offs and pick ups are limited. The room was clean and spacious. The tub and water pressure amazing ! The breakfast was good but get there early because it gets busy and the food was not available. The restaurant has wonderful Japanese food. The tempura platter was amazing and so fresh.!! The bed was good, I should have asked for extra pillows because it comes with (2) I like 4, but that is just me. The location is great because it is so close to the railway station and the airport. This is not the hotel’s fault but other rude guest who communicates very loudly in the early morning or late night. People should remember to speak quietly in the hallway near the doors of other rooms. Otherwise was an absolutely an amazing experience. I will definitely return because of the staff is wonderful. 場所が便利、ホテルも綺麗だし、スタッフさんも丁寧、翌朝の航空便にのならないといけない、空港に行くのが便利です。
