karşılama çok iyi, odanın havasından temizliğinin iyi durumda olduğu anlaşılıyor. ayrıca oda servisi v.b. hızlı. araçsız çok rahat ulaşılabilen konumda.

非常好的酒店！地理位置絕佳、服務和硬件設施都很齊全，老闆也很熱心，整體體驗超出預期。出門走幾步路就能到達海邊，另一側是小吃街。下次有機會還會選擇住在這裏。

外觀看起來很精緻，住進去之後感覺一般，跟宜必思差不多價格，但是設施差不少，主要是傢俱床品。靠海比較近

İş seyahati sebebiyle tek kişilik odada kaldım. Temizlik ve hizmet harika, çalışanlar kibar, ilgili ve alakalı. Odalar rahat, konforlu. Merkezi konumda, ulaşımı kolay fakat bulunduğu konum itibariyle biraz ses-gürültü olabiliyor. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak ***et yeterli ve lezzetli. Bölgedeki tercih edilesi işletmelerden biri kesinlikle.

We have upgraded our room to a bigger one in our second night of stay. It was very comfortable. Hotel is located in the most attractive location of İzmir ( Alsancak ). Walking street is just beside street of the hotel entrance door. Rooms are very clean and convenient. They thought about very small details which makes things easy. Totally recommended.

Otel gerçekten konum olarak harika bir yerde, Herşey elinizin altında, Odalar çok temiz ve odalarda herşey eksiksiz düşünülmüş. Resepsiyonist Şehsuvar bey gerçekten çok kalite ve kibar bir beyefendi. Giriş yapar yapmaz bizi güleryüzlü bir şekilde karşıladı ve çok hızlı bir şekilde check-in işlemimizi halletti.İzmir'deki tek tercihim Hay otel Alsancak.

Good location. There are a lot of restaurants near by. The coast is within walking distance. Good staff welcoming us.

Otel çalışanları ***et ilgili güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler odalar tertemizdi ve hergün temizlendi , kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezizdi ,bar ve akşam yemeklerinide çok beğendik herzaman tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel çokça memnun kaldık ilginize teşekkürler

Staff were all helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was lovely. Location near to the cruise ship terminal was perfect. Walking distance.

Wherever I lay my hat. The reception at the hotel was luke warm to say the least . It was hardly a heartfelt welcome rather a few solemn words. Had a couple of drinks at the attached ‘Irish’ bar. This was possibly the least authentic Irish bar that I have ever been to . Rap music was played and the only thing Irish about it was a few plastic Guiness signs . Absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever. Breakfast was okay . Not a great choice but compared to other Turkish hotels just average. In essence the hotel is nothing to rave about . Just somewhere to lay your hat for the night.
