Avoid this place Very old, dirty and ungly hotel. Unfriendly staff with bad behaviour. Not speak English. No hot water for shower and no water for the toilet use.. they told me that they have technical problem

Value for little money and staff were lovely 💜 Amazing staff and very committed to ensuring you are looked after 24/7. It is a place that you use as a base. No views, poor internet and basic. On saying that, the price of a room per night is excellent value and you feel as if you’re in the hub of 🇹🇷. Excellent positioning by the train station and short walk to the high street, harbor and ferries.

Perfect location and helpful staff Lovely located hotel next to station, Kulturpark and Konak. Room was very clean and comfortable. No view but air conditioning made it perfect temperature. Jasemin was super helpful and I would definitely recommend as so close to centre and right next to Metro station. So economic too.

Fiyat performans Konum olarak istasyona yakın olması çok iyi ama diğer şeyler için aynı şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğim.Temizlik ve kahvaltı kötüydü,dolap çalışmıyordu.Ancak beklentiniz yüksek değilse fiyatı uygun bir yer arıyorsanız kalabilirsiniz

Hotel situé juste derrière la gare d'Izmir : seul intérêt. Propre mais pas terrible dans l'ensemble.

The property is excellent for its location close to the main railway station and metro. Though the facilities are somewhat dated the hotel is very good value for its rate.

Great option to discover the environments of Izmir city as it's just mext to the train station that will take you to Ephesus, Cesma, etc. Nice breakfast, room was big, however didn't get cleaning service in the 3 days I stayed not sure why...

Affordable hotel offering breakfast (buffet) but very poor WIFI connection in the upper floors. The hotel faces the main Train Station of Izmir (Basmane Gar) but you don't hear any noises of the trains because windows are double glazed. all the furniture and equipments in the room and in the bathroom are new. We spent only one night in the hotel which is a short time to really evaluate it but to be honest the hotel personnel and Manager were very helpful and even allowed us to stay in the lobby after checking out and kept our luggage until 7:00 pm when we left for our night train to Konya. This can be a good hotel if they fix sime WIFI repeeters in the upper floors.
