Great location and good wifi in the reception/front lounge area. Right across from the main attraction of Izamal. Room had some large bugs in it, but was fine. Housekeeping removed them when I inquired at the front desk. Wifi terrible in room #2. Pretty views from the rooftop patio. Plenty of hot water for shower. Town is safe and walkable. Disappointed that no coffee seems to be available nearby before 8 am! Love this pretty town!

Hotel no tan básico!!! Por qué si cuenta con muchas Amenidades, La habitación que nos asignan es una con cama KS cómoda, el baño cómodo amplio y limpio! Tele grande no la prendimos, refrigerador, minisplit antiguo pero funciona perfecto. Todo el hotel en perfectas condiciones. La atención del personal muy atentos todos y muy económico. La relación Calidad precio supera las expectativas! En la noche la alberca muy bien y el mirador al ex convento excelente!. Lo único que no teien estacionamiento estacionas el carro en frente nos comentaron que era seguro y pues no pasó nada! No lo podría asegurar siempre. 13 marzo 2023 800 pesos la noche!

Affordable, clean, basic hotel with a great location. staying in an former convent was quite appealing considering the history of the area & especially Izamal. So, if you’re in the city for a short touristic visit on a budget, this could be the hotel for you. However, staff begins cleaning & talking loudly promptly at 7:00 am. My room overlooked the pool & both Mornings of my stay this happened. I live in Merida so I understand why getting things done around the property are important before it gets too hot but not at the sacrifice of the comfort or relaxation of the guests. If you’re in the city for tourism & relaxation, I suggest staying at another hotel. I was here to visit the Shaman Hermano Maya (reviewed separately - outstanding experience) & to research hotels to offer for our Life in Merida Tours (Retirement Tours & Self-Guided Itineraries). The search will continue.

Está situado en el centro del pueblo , muy buena ubicación ...habitaciones muy correctas , limpias y espaciosas. Atención muy buena y buen precio. Tiene una pequeña piscina , donde poder relajarse un poco.

El hotel tiene suepr buena ubicación, lq vista a la ruina super linda, la terraza acogedora, la cama aceptable y el baño muy limpio, los chicos de la recepción muy atentos, el desayuno estuvo muy casero, justo lo que necesitabamos y el servicio del mesero super bueno. Gracias
