Came with two teenagers, female age 17 and male age 16 for 10 nights. This is not 5*, it’s more like a low 4 and ultra all inclusive means nothing. It’s a gimmick that implies an ‘upgrade’ from the bog standard all inclusive but you actually get less than you would at a 4* all inclusive across the other side of the island. Make it make sense! My two underage kids were given silver wristbands at check in. Unbeknown to me, they mean you can get alcohol. The kids bands are meant to be pink or green. Thankfully I have well-behaved teens or they’d of been sloshed on a nightly basis when I was asleep. Reception told us at check in that the Mini bar in the room will be re-stocked daily as part of ultra all inc, it got to day 5 and it hadn’t been restocked. So I gave up waiting and asked those cheerful people (sarcasm intended) at reception if it could be stocked - I asked 3 times in one day! And each time I was told that they would get the ‘mini bar team on it’ or ‘we’ll do it immediately’ except no one did! Called reception again from my room to be told they can do it the next morning but it will be charged per drink (one can of coke is €3.50…wtf). I mean, they could throw some bottled water in the fridge couldn’t they? That would at least be something for when you need a drink in the night or the morning….but no, apparently not. In fact, if you read the room service card in your room (also a charged service) you’ll see that they warn you to not put your own drinks in the fridge either or they will charge you. Staff give out conflicting information which leaves you a bit confused as to what you can actually have without wracking up an extra bill at check out. The rooms are full on 80s nostalgia but they are clean and comfortable we were meant to have a garden view/dome view but it’s actually a roof top view that resembles a factory top with trees in the background. They make it sound scenic but the reality is somewhat different - think premier inn off the M25. (They need to turn the roof into a living garden or something because the garden/dome view is not that great). The cleaning staff come daily and do a good job. You get fresh towels and a made bed. Thankfully, we were barely in the room so we weren’t too fussed on the decor or the view (but some might be) Food Buffet was basic - a bit bland and mostly the same every day with a few cheap variations like a butter bean salad. Every day we got greek salad with peppers and tomatoes cut in halves - that tasted of…..well nothing!, There’s multiple versions of chicken with some sort of thin soupy sauce, white fish with a similar consistency sauce, rice, chips, a couple of pastas choices, some vegetable dishes and spag bol. Honestly I never want to see Spag Bol or chips again. They also do ALOT of pork items which isn’t great when you’re allergic to it like me - it knocks out about 4 meal options. They finally did a Greek night on day 7 of my stay and this was hands down the best night and the re
