Very important communications node.Possibility of adding an additional bedroom in the basement (typically Brussels), just adjacent to the apartment and where can comfortably accommodate 2 additional people, with cable TV, separate individual WC and double bed.(See photos of the basement on the site). The additional room is optional (30 € / night) but compulsory for groups of more than 7 people. Payable in cash upon arrival.The price decreases according to the duration of the accommodation and the price is planned for 2 people, supplement of 15 € / night per additional person.It can perfectly suit a group of friends, large families (possibilities to accommodate 8 to 9 people) wishing to meet for exceptional events or to visit Belgium, a group working with the nearby European institutions.Also ideal for expatriate families (special prices on request) looking for long-term accommodation for installation.
