Adjunto foto del estado en que me encontré el champú del baño nada más llegar,situación muy desagradable que nunca me había ocurrido en mi vida en hotel alguno. Comuniqué en recepción la anomalía y lógicamente lo subsanaron inmediatamente.Me sorprendió que no tuvieran detalle alguno conmigo No pienso volver a un hotel de la cadena NH. Mi nombre es Esteban E.D. y estuve alojado en este hotel las noches del 3 y 4 de octubre 2022 en la habitación 623. Independientemente de este tema,considero el hotel muy por debajo de las expectativas en relación precio calidad,200 € por noche.Muy viejo y desgastado con muy mal olor en habitación.

A very nice hotel, centrally located and well served by various options of public transport, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is one of the better ones I have had the opportunity to sample. Nice beds, not too soft!

NH Brussels Louise, welcome receipt and friendly and assertive staff. Recommendation for nearby restaurants . Accommodation in general seems worn and not the usual fresh and modern NH standard. Breakfast OK. Room and bathroom relative small. Bed was good quality and quiet.

The hotel is very conveniently situated for transport links and the staff are helpful when you need to sort anything out. However, we asked prior to arriving for rooms near each other (we travelled with our two boys) but were given rooms maybe 60 yards apart. Also, the superior room we were given was in the roof and thus had a sloping window, so when it rained in the night, which it did two nights in a row, the noise of the heavy rain on the window made it difficult to sleep. We also found it a bit stark - as you walk there's a big area to your right that could make a nice bar area where people could maybe mix and relax, but it's used as nothing more than a waiting room. The actual bar is a dull affair - just a selection of drinks and snacks on shelves that you choose and take to reception to pay for. There's not even a seating area, so it's not really a bar where you can relax with a drink, just a self-service point. It would create a far more welcoming feel upon arrival if that area at the front of the hotel was turned into a bar where people could relax when they returned from their day out, rather than just head straight to their rooms.

Parto dal presupposto che sono albergatore e normalmente non lascio recensioni negative, abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti con moglie e figlio di 3 anni, detto questo iniziamo dagli aspetti positivi. Personale GENTILISSIMO, servizi disponibili e già presenti in camera molto soddisfacenti, posizione abbastanza buona, ristoranti vari nel quartiere, fermata tram a pochi metri dalla struttura, entrata posteriore al piano per passeggino o disabiliti con sedia a rotelle, ora le cose negative. Colazione al costo di €20 a persona se fatta giornalmente (alla reception ti propongono €16 se vuoi aggiungerla per tutte le notti) molto ma molto scarsa, c’è una discreta selezione di pane e donuts, ma mancante quasi totalmente la parte dolce come torte, scelta tra croissant semplici e mini pan au chocolate, parte salata con salumi (non mangiati ma a vista non ispiravano fiducia), poi uova e bacon (bacon ai limiti del lesso), ma la nota più dolente e sul quale presterei maggior attenzione è la camera, sporca, polvere a batuffoli sotto il letto, poltrona consunta e rotta coperta alla male e peggio con pezzo di pelleria, porte e pannelli in legno graffiati in zone che normalmente non sono di facile usura, piastrelle del bagno rotte. Sono un grande sostenitore della catena NH, ed ho soggiornato in diverse loro strutture, sempre avuto esperienze molto più che positive e continuerò a consigliarli, ma NON CI SIAMO PROPRIO, 5 notti €600,00 perché pagato prima, senza colazione e usufruendo dello sconto iscritti. Spero vivamente che migliorino queste mancanze

The staff was really kind and friendly. The breakfast was quite good, although it could have better quality of products. The rooms were good. The age of the hotel however was obvious from the corridors and the bathrooms. I would be happier if the cleanliness was a little bit better.

Excellwnt hotel, warm friendly welcome at check-in by a multilanguage staff, ready to answer any question and provide help behind their duty. Rooms are big, nice, wepl services and clean. The hotel is quiet and in a perfect location to visit the city (prime shopping neighborhood) and to do business (close to eu institutions and other business areas)
