Helpful staff, nice room facilities and supplies, a rooftop breakfast cateen, great location with just 5 mins walk from Galata bridge and Karakoy The first impression is a bit disappointing since the lobby is really small(where supposed to be lobby is an Irish bar), and the public areas(Hallway, stairs, elevator) are congested

Отличный отель, месторасположение супер удобное, набережная галатопорта рядом,куча ресторанов, шаговая доступность от всех достопримечательностей! Чистый, уютный отель, прекрасные номера, прекрасный персонал! Отличные завтраки в видовом ресторане на крыше с видом на Босфор! Рекомендую также сходить на ужин, удовольствие будет гарантировано!

Very nice stay ,great location near Galat tower ,easy walk down from there or up to there ,close to Galata pier as well and the tram .beautiful view from breakfast up on the terrace and great breakfast spread .luxurious room .special thanks to Mustafa ,Kerem ,Enes and Eyup.

Tolles, kleines Stadthotel, sehr gute Lage, am Abend etwas laut und Zimmer ringhörig aber sehr gross und gut ausgestattet. Tolles Frühstück und guter Service, Mustafa war sehr besorgt über unser Wohlergehen.

grande delusione La camera aveva un forte odore di fogna. La cassaforte non funzionava, ho chiesto subito la riparazione…ma nonostante le promesse nulla è stato fatto..e nessuno si è scusato. Vergognoso!

Hotel is too expensive for what it is. Staff has very little english knowledge. Very noisy site, the Pub downstairs does not help. Repetitive breakfast offer. Extra large rooms are a plus.

Lækkert hotel men mangler service Vi havde ophold i 3 dage hvor en af dagene manglede der håndklæde. Samt fjernbetjening til TV ved jacuzzi ikke blev lavet selvom det blev lovet. Værelserne er overraskende store og rummelige, og hotellet ligger super godt i forhold til shopping, natteliv og tæt på seværdigheder.

Beautiful hotel in top location. Close to public transport, best rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Staff was very helpful and simply wonderful. Very clean and comfortable room. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff were beyond 5 stars!!! They were always available and with a smile on their faces! I usually don’t stay at the same property twice but this hotel is most definitely worth an exception.
