Armar Hotel arvostelua

Отель расположен не в самом благополучном районе, хоть это и исторический центр, но немного напоминает трущобы. Из плюсов : Персонал вежливый, на любую просьбу откликаются и пытаются помочь. Все базовые потребности имеются - хорошая душевая кабинка, wi-fi, кондиционер, мини холодильник и даже электрочайник. В целом можно сказать что чисто.  Из минусов:  в холодную погоду в номере тоже может быть холодно, высокая слышимость, отсутствие некоторых предметов для комфорта, таких как вешалки для полотенец, подставка для мыла и т. д., фен для волос практически не работал. В моем случае вода из душевой кабинки немного протекала наружу, и поэтому приходилось сушить пол полотенцами после душа, гигиенический душ был в виде малюсенькой струи и не давал эффекта. Резюмируя - для бюджетного проживания одному нормальный вариант, то есть если просто нужен номер для сна и душа. Но в случае отдыха с семьей я бы поискал вариант подороже и получше.

Нам с сыном понравилась удобным расположением ко всем достопримечательностям, экскурсиям, базарам, очень много кафе и ресторанов. Экономный вариант на 3 ночи, вариант хостела, но всё необходимое есть в номере (чайник, холодильник, полотенца, тапочки, чай, кофе). На ресепшион всегда вежливые администраторы, понимают русских. Однозначно посоветую этот отель. В данном районе очень разные ценовые отели, но не вижу смысла переплачивать за 5 звёзд

房間非常乾淨…景色優美…尤其前台服務人員特別有禮貌…也很熱情…前台有當地茶和咖啡…味道不錯…感謝工作人員的辛苦工作

I don’t like the location and hotel , need to be improve , very noise in ground floor, no power backup,I rating 3/5 🙁

It was a good hotel in an ideal location but unfortunately the room we had the first two nights on the ground floor was incredibly noisy. However the staff did reduce the noise on the second night and gave us a better room for the third night.

Very near to grand Bazaar, good location. Polite people. Recommended

Otel konum olarak ne kadar ara sokakta olsa da merkeze tramvaya eminönüne yakınlığı açısından çok iyi. Resepsiyondaki abiye çok teşekkürler. Ayrıca oda temiz rahat ve ferah . Aileniz arkadaşlarınızla güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz

Perfect to stay The view from the room was amazing. I stayed there for 3 nights and staffs were so friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Highly recommend for your budget travel.

The people working there were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel really welcome.Bairam was very kind and helped us a lot both with the room and with moving around the city of Istanbul. The view of the room was breathtaking ! and the room was clean. The location of the hotel is central and close to all the monuments . We had a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely visit it again !

Custo benefício muito bom, pois é uma excelente hospedagem bem no centro de Sultanahmet com preço justo. Super perto de atrações turísticas, para ir a pé (Grand Bazar a 500 metros e 600 metros da Mesquita Azul). Possui diversos restaurantes na rua logo abaixo. Atendimento antes da chegada ao hotel, pelo WhatsApp, foi cordial e eficiente. Contratamos o transfer com eles para ir/voltar do aeroporto e deu tudo certo. Atendentes sempre simpáticos e solícitos na recepção. Possui elevador, tamanho do quarto é bom e cama confortável. Há armário no quarto e chaleira com opção de café e chá para uso dos hospedes dentro do quarto. Serviço de limpeza atendeu as expectativas. Banheiro com ótimo tamanho, itens de higiene pessoal a disposição e chuveiro excelente (agua quente no chuveiro e torneira da pia)! Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

The hotel manager and staff are excellent people. Their professionalism and ready to assist in most situations is beyond anything I have experienced at any hotel with any staff. For an unknown reason, a specific situation occurred. The staff ensured to make contact with the necessary people. After the staff secured a taxi for me and my friend, Google maps directed incorrectly. I called the on duty hotel employee. He directed the cab driver. The cab driver talked for me and me friend at the necessary location. Yes, the rooms are clean, beds are perfectly made. Electric hot water kettles for instant hot beverages. Plenty of towels and closet space. Rooms are basic. Less costlier than branded hotels. This hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Plus, this hotel is in an older part of Istanbul where food and meals can be purchased at a fraction of the cost compared to areas closer to the water. The food is just as tasty. For the level of service provided, this hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Istanbul!

A fantastic hotel close to the major sights in the European side of Istanbul! We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were spacious and clean. Fantastic hospitality from the team and the complimentary Turkish tea on reception is a great touch. The staff were extremely helpful and even helped us with our luggage. We would definitely return to this hotel upon our return to Istanbul.

Very good experience. Abdullah received us very well, upgraded our room and even prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, on our last day we had a food poisoning and Abdullah and his colleague (sorry for not remembering the name) were so kind to offer us some teas and water. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone who wishes to visit Istanbul. - Fernando Santos
