Istanbul Airport is a place where people have huge layovers and sleeping inside is expensive. The hotel is a quick bus ride away. Good food, friendly staff, hot shower, big room.

The location was nice close to the airport and Ifelt safe in the neighborhood especially being a foreignerThe breakfast was alright but they can definitely work towards offering more options

The taxi driver gave me a price per night including the fare. That was $75E. The hotel manager just pumped my card twice. He made it 100E per night over 2 nights instead of 150E. Then he also did it for food which he’s not providing and won’t refund any of it. He gets his back up talking about it due to his guilt. Total scammer!!!

We were sent by the Turkish airline staff on 27/4/24 at Istanbul airport to this hotel. I left my purse at the hotel during checkout. I contacted the hotel from Edinburgh airport and I was informed that they have found my purse in our hotel room. All the money were accounted for via video call, on the day we left the hotel. Within 24 hours of my purse being found, all my Scottish money has gone missing from my purse. The hotel cannot tell me where my £250 Scottish money has gone? The hotel is giving me different excuses. Be warn & be extra vigilant if you’ve ever been sent to this hotel. Please don’t leave anything valuable with the hotel management. If the airport staff is sending you to this hotel, please refuse as we were charged £110 for returned trip journeys to and from the airport to the hotel. The journey from the airport to the hotel is less than 20 minutes.

Very noisy room - traffic noise throughout the night, pre- dawn call to prayer from nearby mosque, under flight path, gurgling plumbing, ear defenders needed for bathroom fan, couldn’t turn off mini fridge. Cold - only bedding was a sheet Insufficient Towels - one between two Dirty - Bathmat hadn’t been washed Not a great first impression of Istanbul en route from airport ☹️
