環境非常差，服務態度不好，不安所預訂的房間給房，房間的大小不是所述的實際面積，非常小，標28m的衹有10m左右。

بسیار کثیف. کولرهای ضعیف طوری که باید شب لخت .بخابید. رفتار نامناسب صبحانه در حد یه بچه خلاصه تا نرسید ترکیه تو لابی هتل متوجه نمیشید چی میگم گول این امتیازا که خودشون به خودشون دادن نخورید ایرانیا این هتل فاجع است وقتی برسید تو لابی پول و پرداخت کردید و هیچ کاری نمی‌تونید کنید و اون مدیر بد اخلاق برای شما تصمیم میگیره یه هفته رو با بدترین شرایط سپری کنید از من گفتن بود .ارادت

We are a family who love traveling all around the world and we have traveled to around fifty countries during last decade. Unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel we have ever seen. We booked a room for 4 people when we arrived, they gave us 1 triple room it had no place for luggage although in their site this room is 40 square meters but this room in real was smaller than 12 square meters. The air condition doesn’t work and safe box has problem but they didn’t care enough to solve this problem. They didn’t clean the room and The floor of the hotel room was dirty. The hotel location was not safe for family! The manager of the hotel is very rude and even though the names of all four of us were mentioned in the hotel voucher, he did not allow our 3-year-old child to have the hotel breakfast, which was a small plate containing 2 thin slices of cucumber and tomato, a few grams of cheese and an egg! The only positive point of the hotel was Mustafa, an Afghan boy whose job was the night reception of the hotel.

Hôtel super bien placé à quelques pas de l'avenue centrale d'Istanbul, le personnel très gentil et toujours à l’écoute. Toujours de très bons conseils à nous donner. Les chambres sont ordre tous les jours et la réception est accessible à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit.

It's a good cozy hotel near the isteklal street and taksim square. This hotel has good access to bus stops, metro, and many taxis. The room we booked was 2 beds, but they gave us a room with a double bed and a single bed. The room looks nice and clean. It was small but comfortable. It has a small fridge but it just coll some water bottles, nothing more than that, some hangers for clothes and nothing else. The safe box in our room was broken, but they gave us another safe box in the lobby. The lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast was good, but it was a little portion, and it repeats every day without a change. The reception is helpful.

Hôtel super bien placé avec un personnel très gentil et toujours à l’écoute. Toujours de très bons conseils à nous donner. Les chambres sont en ordre tout les jours, la réception est ouverte 24/24 ce facilite les sorties tardives. L’hôtel est très proche de la station de métro et surtout d’une grande rue animé et super chouette toute la journée mais également la nuit.

The hotel was much more greater than the old comment section we had a good breakfast people were nice and room was clean and taken care of greatly we are thinking to come back again and try out some other tours the reception guy showed us five star five star

Stayed for 6 nights. Is a good location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Bathroom nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. I ask for a few favours and directions and they helped me immediately. Especially Burak is helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here for the price I payed

Mr burak was very nice. He specialy give us our needs. The hotel was very good they made everything new and changed. The place is in a good spot as well . Rhe breakfast was good to. If you wish to go istanbul taksim .this is the right place for your family friendly type.

everyone must stay away from this hotel!!!

50$ per night for dirty, underground room, no window, no hot water, 4-5 Sqm room, dirty, no cleaning. I advise to sleep in street and save your cash.

The room looked nothing like it does on the pictures. It was small and dirty. T. V. Didn't work, complementry slippers where old, used flip-flops. Absolute joke of a place.
