Very good location , near shopping mall and historic places .

Нормальный отель. Окна были небольшие и выходили на коммуникации, но все равно в спальню проникал дневной свет. В другую комнату не проникал. Постельное белье было частично из хлопка, а пододеяльник был из полиэстера ( не люблю полиэстер ). Расположение неплохое, но вечером на улице было некомфортно, днем хорошо. Вай фай в первый вечер плохо работал, потом нормально.

Good location near tram.

Me quedé colgada a las 23:30 h en el apartamento reservado Ünver Galata Apart. ya que no había nadie en recepción. Tuve que buscar en un barrio inhóspito y oscuro un hotel para esa primera noche y lo reservé in situ pero al llegar a este hotel me dijeron que la reserva era para la noche siguiente. No me devolvieron el dinero ni dijeron tener habitación. En la pantalla PC ví números que parecían de habitación, en rojo pero también bastantes en verde… Me cobraron la noche y encima tuve wue buscar otro hotel…

Otel konumu mükemmel. Galata Kulesi ve Galataport yürüme mesafesinde. Ama temizlik maalesef hayal kırıklığı. Otel eski ve artık bakımsız kalmış. Öncelik temizlik ve sonrasında tadilat şart.

Başarılı ***et tatmin edici bir konaklama oldu. Oda donanımı ***et yeterli ve oda kesinlikle temizdi. Hatta belirtmek isterim son zamanlarda uyuduğum en rahat yatağa sahip bir odaydı. Kesinlikle memnun kaldığım bir konaklama oldu.

Wouldnt book here ever again! We stayed 6 nights, it was the most disappointing experience we ever had, if we haven't paid full amount in advance we would've looked for another hotel. Very different from the photos. Dirty and stained furniture, air conditioning wasn't cooling, door handle loose, no kettle, There was only one iron in the hotel, we had to wait 30 minutes to get it. The manager Sarkan was very rude and unpolite, however Mr. Khan was very helpful and respective.

A lovely place to stay in the heart of Istanbul Lovely hotel, located in walking distance from everything. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely and welcoming. For the price, I cannot fault our stay as it is definitely great value for money. A hidden gem in Istanbul, we will definitely be visiting again.

Super! L hôtel est bien situé proche de la Tour Galata et proche des embarcadères,tout en étant au calme.Nous avons apprécié la grande chambre avec grande salle de bain . A 5 mn du Tramway et 10 du métro à pied.

Ideal location and great service Very ideal location. Close to every place we wanted to go to. The staff at the desk were very helpful. The only negative is that the wifi wasn’t great from our room but it did work.

The communication of the staff was nice, even after a little miss communication which was clarified in person. The host at the reception was very friendly. We stayed there only for one night and was a relaxing stay. Spacious rooms with all basic necessities, we had a huge balcony connected to the two rooms as well. One of the two rooms was smelling a lot like cigarettes which was very uncomfortable for my uncle and the hotel couldn’t do anything about it, as per their response. The location of the hotel is central, close to a good amount of restaurants and city life.

The location is central. The rooms were quiet. Only issue the smell from the sink in the kitchen at times. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Karakoy bolgesinde oldukca merkezi konumda,temiz ve bakımlı bir otel. Calisanlar arkadas canlisi ve guler yuzlu. Herzaman yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikle resepsiyonist İbrahim beye herşey için çok teşekkürler. Kesinlikle tavsiye edecegim bir otel. İstanbul'a geldiğimde başka otel aramama gerek yok artık. Teşekkurler.
