SERENİTY Comfort Hotel arvostelua

This hotel is really bureaucratic and rude. I made a reservation 3 times because of misunderstanding when I was traveling with my husband. But when I realized that I had placed an order, I tried to cancel it, but there was no response. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would not return the money we had already taken from our credit account for 3 rooms for 3 nights with 6 breakfasts. Also, we took the money and said with a laugh that it's not my problem if you don't come in. It is 10/-10 if you really appreciate it, it is not service like the actions taken by the employees who are very greedy and have no relationship. Please don't hurt the tourists by your greed anymore

酒店有臭蟲，住2晚上，到現在10天了全身還是痘印和癢，惡夢

Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Istanbul.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar temiz.. keyifle kalabilirsiniz..

The refused to bring for us tea and they asked us to do it , it is not 5 stars hotel There is no car parking service you must park your car by your self , in my opinion it is a good 3 stars hotel

一整晚沒睡 一整晚都在聽關門聲音 走廊還一直有人打電話 前台後半夜打電話過來 大家還是不要來 spa還亂收費 是正常酒店價格的兩倍多 隔音很差 無法保證我們在國外休息的酒店 下次免費我也不要住 酒店服務人員也不大好 英語講的很一般

It is a clean hotel

這是我在土耳其待了十幾天換了三次酒店，住的最好的一個酒店，這個酒店真心不錯，環境好，房間大，早餐還有中國人喜歡吃的，有辣椒，其他地方的早飯一點都不好吃，下次再來土耳其還住這個酒店，五星好評

Descanso total, piscina climatizada, turco , jacuzzi

Really nice hotel but it is far from any shops etc. nearest place is mall of Istanbul but that’s about it.

Otel yeni ve eşyalar kaliteli idi otelin odaları Ve genel Alanları ***et temizdi otelin açık büfe içindeki yemek çeşitleri herkese hitap edecek çeşitten yan tarafında ki restoranın Yemekleri lezzetliydi ayrıca üst katındaki SPA sında masaj yaptırmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Mekemmel bir otel Benim otel konaklamalarında ki en hassas olduğum konu temizlik ve bu otel bütün alanların tenizliği ile beni çok memnun etti Kahvaltı büfesinde ki çeşitlilik ***et yeterli ve sıcak büfesinde ki yemekler lezzetli idi Otelin alt katında kapalı bir otoparkı da bulunmakta
