Картинки и описание номера на сайте не соответствует действительности! Не смотря что номер был заказан заранее, похоже, что нас не ждали: Полотенец не было, по моей просьбе выдали только одно, второе сказали завтра. Одеяло было грязное, дали другое почище, но влажное. Состояние номера требует капитального ремонта. В номере негде сидеть кроме как на кровати, после моей просьбы, выдали стул. В шкафу нет полок и перекладины что бы вешать одежду. Нет лампочек в светильниках над кроватями, кондиционер не работает. Дверь в номер закрывается с трудом. Фотографии прилагаются

該酒店沒有空調沒有電風扇沒有熱水沒有紙巾，隔壁樓層在裝修太吵了！位置在小巷子裏面不好打車下來找？不推薦下一位住客！不是惡意中傷這賓館

❌ Please do not book this hotel. ❌ I should have believed the previous reviewer, it was terrible. He gave me a small room without air conditioner 🤬 . The room is like a dungeon with running water pipes. and the smell of cigarettes !!! Dirty!!!! .🤮🤮🤮 and he told me that he would move within that day. but not like that he doesn't care about us And then I contacted Trip.com about what happened. Mr.Berk was his receptionist and general manager. Confirm that we are able to check out from the hotel. To refund, I had Clip video, audio clip and pictures as proof of their confirmation, but then we left the hotel, he said that he would not refund. And I don't get any money from them. But thanks to Trip.com for helping us. Lastly, the receptionist Mr. Berk also has a disdain for people saying "Black guy are stupid". I swear he cursed this to me✋🏻 , but I think the whole hotel night receptionist is an Ethiopia guy, he's a good guy. and the last thing you can see at the first photo (with the black hold) the black hold is air conditioner connector. but the manager told to Trip.com that His hotel has a good air conditioner with all the room. f*ck this hotel 🤬 please don't book. you have many choices at Istanbul. PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH SH*T HOTEL!!!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!!! ✋🏻

Matelas cassé, chambre salle....trace de mains au dessus du lit... Traces noir sur la porte de la salle de bain....rideaux troué et vue sur du béton atroce.... Les photos sont fausses, à éviter ! Les escaliers aussi sont dangereux.
