Orka Taksim Suites & Hotel arvostelua

The hotel team is incredibly thoughtful - they saw we were traveling with kids and offered a free room upgrade to better accommodate everyone 😊 We arrived at the hotel pretty early around 11am and most of our rooms were already ready despite being before check-in time. The rooms are clean and super comfy! The breakfast spread is great, with a mix of hot foods and cold cuts. The area is filled with cute coffee shops and local artisanal products. There’s a grocery store and fruit shop along the road too. It’s a pleasant 10-minute walk to Istiklal Avenue. Walking to the Tophane tram station is through a hillier area and takes about 15 minutes (quicker if you take a route with stairs but we had a stroller). Lovely stay at Orka, will definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely hotel! Location is perfect 👌in walking distance of Taksim squared and a lot of the famous sites, public transport and the cutest streets, restaurants and cafes. Rooms were clean and comfortable and a lot bigger than I thought they would bed. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They assisted with ordering taxis and had 24hr check in which was super ideal! Breakfast was really good and there was a massive variety. Would definitely stay there again when I visit Istanbul. Had a great time!

Rooms very not very clean, though location is great. Parking is tough if you have a car. Some bathrooms are very very small.

The location of this hotel is very good and within reach of transport and shopping. The hotel facilities are very good and the staff are very helpful, friendly and approachable. Emir was excellent and helped me with advice on how to get around certain parts of Istanbul. I’d recommend this hotel and certainly will be staying again very soon.

Its not worth the star they put The hotel is smell not good and the bathroom and shower was very small when you take shower the floor get all wet ..and I booked 2room the other room the conditions not working and one of the window broken not close.

Horrible.... WORST PLACE EVER!!! I have stayed in more than 100 places in the country and abroad so far, but I haven’t stayed in a place as bad as this hotel. It was such a dirty place that I even opened the door handle with a napkin. When we first entered the room there were mud stains on the ground. Bathroom was dirty too.. I don’t even want to mention to ridiculous breakfast. There was no privacy, we could even hear the notification sound of the guests in the next room. You can stay much better place for the same price..

I'd stay again if I could get more comfortablecool Pleasant welcome. Air vent in my room did a good job cooling the room, but it's placement skipped the bed leaving me waking up in a sweat on a hot summer night. Some mold growth in the shower that I think I'm reading to. Clean and modern rooms otherwise. Staff was cool when I interacted. Breakfast was excellent for a Turkish buffet, get you olive and cheese fix. Resident cat was qwerky and cute. Really cool location, in the maze of streets in this area.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix Un hôtel sympa, la chambre est grande et agréable . une bonne localisation pour le prix proposé . l'hôtel est bien. le service est très bien , la réceptionniste est très serviable;

3/10 Not a good experience Basic things were missing. No complementary water was in the room. Need to ask many times if anything / help required. Not gonna book again / going to recommend. Room was not fully ready for a new guest check in.

What a horrible experience this hotel has provided. Their pictures mislead you, their amenities they claim to have are non existent and their breakfast and staff you have to argue with to get what you need. We got told off because our 10 month old was making a mess when she was eating…..SHES A BABY. When things got so bad and we wanted to leave the reservation team refused to provide a refund or even a partial refund so we can relocate It’s been a very stressful few days until they finally upgraded us to a suite to compensate for all the misleading and issues.

The breakfast have a lot of room to improve.

That hotel is a scam, mold in the bathroom, no air conditioning, leaking toilet, broken mirrors. The pictures of the Hotel does not correspond to reality at all. It’s really dirty. We left and asked for a refund but the owner refused. RUN AWAY
