This is the worst hotel in Turkey! The hairdryer didn’t work, there was no lock for the bathroom door, and the fridge wasn’t working. The air conditioner only functioned as a heater and didn’t cool the room at all. Worst of all, there were old blood stains on the bed!

Не советую, куча минусов, поюсы: завтрак напротив в соседнем отеле, скудный выбор, расположение не плохое, центр, но за окном в соседнем здании, бар с музыкой ,очень громкой до 3 ночи примерно. Рядом автобусы, кафе, и места где можно гулять. Сам отель раздолбаный,подмазаный, всё в плохом состоянии, самим пришлось мыть химией ванную комнату.

Very bad hotel. Cramped location. Cramped rooms, dying AC, noisy neighbourhood, windows that can't be closed, no space to pray even though this hotel is in a Muslim majority country. Hopefully this app will stop offering this hotel on its app.

こんなにひどいホテルは初めてです。チェックイン時刻にホテルに行ってから掃除を始めました。もちろんそれで綺麗になるわけもなく、シャワー室にはガムが付いていました。またシャワー自体も壊れて壁から落ちており、ドライヤーも壊れて使えない。トイレットペーパーなどに関してはありませんでした。これでお金を取れるなら、近所のゴミ捨て場をホテルとして貸し出せます。

ik heb nog nooit zo'n nachtmerrie in mijn leven meegemaakt, dit is het slechtste hotel hier. hier wonen alleen Arabieren die lawaai maken in het midden van de 3-4 uur 's nachts ruzie ik heb het zo vaak gezegd dat het me stoort dat ik op de deur heb geklopt en er wordt helemaal geen rekening mee gehouden! en de kamer is erg vies! ik raad het niet aan, het is een grote nachtmerrie

Low quality One of the worst stay experiences yet. I arrived and waited 30 minutes before they finally got me checked-in. How is it that only one staff can do this. The lift to my floor is broken so I had to carry my luggage one floor up. The room is tiny, there’s no tea table or any table. No closet, just a few hangers attached to the wall. There’s no view from the window, just another building across. The bathroom and toilet is 10 cm apart, no curtain or glass to separate so the shower basically splash everywhere. There’s no towel, no floor mattress anywhere, and no sandals. Basically just a bed with AC and a small bathroom. Overall cleanliness is bad, the bed sheet and pillow are not clean.

Économic room are located at the back side of the building. You can hear very loudly the sound of a disco in the courtyard playing music all night. Window was broken, water tap in the shower. Not recommended if you want to sleep.

We came at 2am in the hotel for check-in, initially it was informed that there is no booking, after showing the confirmation, room was shown which was small for us and they offered upgraded room with way high price and charged us 40 usd for 3nights, since we were tired we took and paid the amount. After reaching to the room, we found AC, TV, WC FLUSH SIDE TABLE DRAWER not working. Side table drawer was full of Ashes. NO HOT WATER as well, when. Complaint to the staff he said water is hot enough to take shower, which was not. When I complained to the Agoda agent, next day he call on my mobile number and threatening me and asking why did I complained to Agoda. One of the worst staff I ever dealt with. Lier and taking advantage of taking extra money from guest. No NO to this hotel. Beware with the staff and service

Replace the letter T in hotel with V, and you have the description of this place, a hovel. 3 of us booked 3 nights for the Champions League final. We were initially shown our room which we rejected. The toilet seat was totally broken, ie unusable, the shower head was in bits on the shower tray. A replacement room was offered with a functioning toilet seat and a working shower. No toilet paper was on show, but was provided after a major hassle. Since it was 3am we had to accept it. We were given 1 towel for 3 of us for 3 days. Extra towels were requested each morning, but never happened. This is an appalling place to stop, fortunately Manchester City won the champions league, our celebrations when we returned to our hovel allowed sleep to come easily. But dear reader, never, ever book into this place.
