Hotel Poem arvostelua

Séjour très agréable, super petit déjeuner.

В целом, отель неплохой. Хорошо расположен и завтраки вкусные, хотя и немного однообразные. Персонал гостеприимен и отзывчив. Теперь о минусах: шумный номер рядом со входом - разговор с администратором слышен как будто он в 2 метрах от тебя. Я просил дабл, обещали просьбу удовлетворить, но по факту были две сдвинутые кровати. Каждую полночь отключался интернет, что само по себе неудобно (ведь на его включение уходило 3-4 мин), но в последнюю ночь, то есть за 12 часов до выселения, пароль (мой паспорт) подходить перестал. Уверен, последнюю проблему вы сможете побороть довольно быстро, если захотите.

房間很大，露台也很大，很温馨很舒服，特別適合四口之家。離索菲亞和藍色清真寺非常近。不過因為是景區，周邊吃飯的地方都很貴

An amazing hotel with some of the best service and friendliest people. The breakfast was the highlight and the knowledge of the staff was invaluable when planning our itinerary. I loved the room themes and loved the Agatha Christie room which was extremely comfortable. Best bed I’ve slept in, in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for the amazing stay and I would definetly come again. Downside were the restaurants near the hotel…a bit of a tourist trap with everything costing three times the amount it should. Rather eat where the locals go. Lots of amazing places to eat near the grand bazaar.

Hotel is very nice. Good location, service, breakfast and personal. Quite in the room.
