They are a bit annoying. Keep calling you to remind you that you have to leave the hotel before 12pm. I am a traveller and I am always aware of about hotel rules. They are quite unfriendly. I didn’t feel so comfortable.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. The location is close to a tram stop and located near a variety of eateries. The staff were helpful in ordering taxes and general local information. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was not the best. But overall wonderful experience and we would revisit!! We can recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay.

Прилетели в Стамбул встретится со своим мужем после долгой разлуки из-за пандемии , не виделись два года, живём в разных странах. Выбрали этот отель. И вроде все не так плохо было 10 дней, расположение хорошее, хотя очень шумно и с улицы (окно над главным входом) и за дверями ( напротив лифт), завтраки так себе - однообразно и не вкусно. Но самое обидное было отношение менеджеров в последний день. Мой муж уезжал вечером,а я на следующий день утром. Выселили нас в 12 часов из номера, в том же номере мне остаться не разрешили до утра и переселили в однушку, похожую на чулан. Но ладно, я не такая привередливая для одной ночи. Но! Мой муж уезжал только вечером и его не то, что не пустили в мой номер дождаться автобуса, за нами по пятам ходила охрана и следила! Мы 8 часов вынуждены были сидеть в холле на диване. Все видели как тяжело нам было опять расстаться на неопределенный срок, но даже на 10 минут, не то что на час не пустили. Просто уроды!!! Мы оплатили этому отелю не малые деньги и чаевые, а получили такое скотское отношение. Конечно больше туда ни ногой.

I booked a week to stay at this place after checking positive reviews online. My expertise was shocking and dreadful. The cleanliness of the hotel is horribly done, cleaner was rude every day, shouted at my family in Turkish, she can’t clean the room properly, used to forget to add toilet paper, forgot towels and switched off my fridge every single day making the baby formula goes off and made my baby sick and with diarrhoea. I complained every single day at reception every day but nothing was done. The 2!rooms we booked was never cleaned in a decent way, dusty every where and lack of organisation. I spoke with few members of the hotel and they all said cleaner wasn’t rude towards them and always unhappy. I’m sorry to say but only solution is to get her fired or you will lose sales. The breakfast itself was nice and the staff in general was nice and approachable, it’s a shame one single person made my stay a nightmare.

Catastrophe !! Propreté, bruit, tout y passe ! Sans compter le petit déjeuner qui est vraiment pas à la hauteur pour un 4 etoiles ! Ils font payer le jus d’orange ou les œufs brouillés omelette en supplément, c’est un scandale ! Je ne parle pas des nuits où les gens parlent sur les paliers jusqu’à 3h du matin, ils fument dans les chambres bref on se demande bien comment cet hôtel peut avoir quatre étoiles . Il n’y avait même pas de brosse pour les toilettes dans la salle de bain. Je vais mettre aussi la photo de mon évier de la salle de bain, tout est dit.. la seule personne qui devrait d’ailleurs travailler dans un 5 étoiles et qui est très courtoise, et parle français fait ce qu’il peut pour un bon relationnel. Malheureusement, le service ne suit pas.. il se reconnaîtra et je le félicite pour son écoute. C’est une personne qui travaille plutôt le soir et la nuit. Bref, cet établissement est absolument à fuir !

Superbe nuit, l’établissement est très jolie et authentique de cette belle région. Chambre etroite et propre, petit-déjeuner délicieux et hôtes extrêmement sympathiques, serviables et flexibles.je vous le conseille😄😄😄❤123 vive hotel klas et istunbul

All the staff were amazing, especially the gentleman and the reception for the morning. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast very complete.

Istanbul light Great location next to the T1 tramway which takes you to all the attractions and connects to Taksim etc. The Klas is a decent hotel with very helpful staff. It is a fab hotel at a great price.
