Good Hotel with an Excellent location. Rooms a little small and some cleanliness issues. A/C was not working but was fixed the next day. Room safe wasnt working in one of the rooms, and the bathroom door did not close properly in one room.

時隔兩年再次入住這家酒店，景色宜人遠眺博斯普魯斯海峽，11樓房間所在避免了塔克西姆廣場嘈雜的噪音，下次出差還是會選擇這家！

Allt var bra förutom att de va gran rum som var betydlig stökiga men personalen hjälpte och vi fick ny rum men den rummet stank de rök medans jag hade liten bebis med mig, och att lampan var sönder. Annars allt var super bra

酒店無法提供24小時前台服務，並且非常沒耐心 晚上我因為很熱導致無法入睡我打電話給前台 前台在睡覺 打了三五次接了之後告訴我打開窗户睡 我享受的是酒店服務 而不是智商教育 難道我不知道打開窗户嗎 態度非常差
