這個酒店附近非常臟亂差，晚上摩託車炸街，聽説附近衚衕裏就有吸的。服務也非常爛。房間又小又臟。真的是非常非常差的體驗。整個土耳其行程裏四個酒店，這是最差的，一定要避雷。

لم ارتح ولم القى خدمة او مساعدة جيدة من موظف الاستفبال و شروط العقد ليست في صالح النزيل ابدا حيث اني حجزت ليلتين ولم انزل في الفندق بسبب تأخر في موعد الرحلة وعند وصولي حاولت ان اذكرهم عن السبب مع اني حاولت التواصل معهم عن طريق التطبيق ولكن للاسف لا جواب

四個人定的連結套房比較安全 設施：很齊全，需要的物品都有 衞生：入住的時候很乾凈 環境：佈置很好 就是香水味道太濃了 不太適應 房間視野很好看到的風景很漂亮 服務：還不錯 早餐也還可以

They don’t have pool, my room was standard and it was fully damp so I paid extra to upgrade at the hotel to have better room. At the bathrooms there is the things for shampoo and shower gel but they were broken, at the restaurant for breakfast you can’t find salt pan and pepper pan and wasn’t great service for breakfast and the cart you have to use to open your room door has to change every day because not working properly. Only good think was people working on reception desk during a day were kind and friendly.

The location is good , everything around the hotel, booked the room with breakfast is not the best choice because the breakfast there is very simple for that price, so you can have a nice breakfast around the hotel , to be honest the staff in this hotel is not that warmly welcoming at all except the housekeeper name emir is very good person

Tourist scam. They offer good prices but when you arrive at the hotel, the room is not what they advertise. Rooms in the basement, noise all night, blocked windows... Then they say you need to pay extra if you want another room. Trip.com did not provide any solution. Stay away from this place.

It is one of the worst hotel in the world. Breakfast is just some cheeses, There is no shampoo or soap 🧼 for washing your body. After you get the room they do not wash the towels or change the sheets. They do not give you extra soap for washing your hand. Elevator does not work. It is really hard with stroller. We talked to the front desk. Nothing changed. The hotel location is good. The manager does not care.
