Location is great. You will be right in the middle of things. The hotel is warm & cozy. However, do note that the hotel is located at d foot of the hill. So, you need to be healthy enough to walk-up and down the hill when exploring the area. Its an old hotel. Do not expect modern amenities inside the room. We had to haggle with the Reception when we were not given the room we booked. We did not get the room with Seaview on the first day, eventhough we have booked for one and had even specified for it in our booking. The Reception, however, gave in on the 2nd and 3rd day. In general, however, they were quite nice and attempted to meet our needs. They were also helpful when asked for assistance.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Would recommend. Very close to the blue mosque and other tourist attractions.

Reception staff was so helpful, location is a plus… max 5 mins walk to Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia.

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel ! Nous sommes restés 6 nuits et le personnel est charmant, serviable, à votre écoute. Mon mari a eu mal au genou et le responsable est allé chercher de la glace pour qu'il le mette sur son genou. Toujours à l'écoute de vos demandes. De plus l'hôtel est très bien situé. Tout se fait à pied. L'hôtel est ancien, plein de charme, mais dedans tout est refait. Les lits sont très confortables. C'est très propre. A recommander

Отель довольно «уставший»: старая мебель, обветшалый потолок. Но самое плохое это звукоизоляция! Слышно буквально все что происходит в соседних комнатах и за окном. Мы жили на первом этаже и каждую ночь (примерно с 23:00-00:00) привозили мусорные контейнера из разных мест (колеса контейнера чудесно гремят по брусчатке), а приезжала авто-мусорка и все эти контейнера загружала. Завтрак при этом не плохой, скромный, но все вкусно и голодным не останешься. Персонал тоже был разный от предусмотрительно-вежливого, до того что тащили конфеты «рафаэлло» у жены из номера. Отпуск нам это не испортило, так как главное преимущество отеля - выгодное местоположение, но рекомендовать его не могу!

Poubelle des restaurants en bas du pied de l'hôtel enlever tous les soirs à 23h30 merci pour le bruit si vous dormez de bonne heure réveil assurer Petit déjeuner pas assez varié voire les restes de la veille impossible de faire réchauffer le lait lorsque la machine à café du petit-déjeuner ne fonctionne pas. Il faut batailler avec la clé de la chambre papier peint vétuste literie propre mais dur comme du béton douche trace moisissure télécommande télé collante chaine satellite Wi-Fi assez passable mini bar OK insonorisation passable hormis sonorisation extérieure ascenseur pour deux personnes maître d'hôtel le plus jeune sur les trois très correct souriant les trois parle en anglais serveuse parle que le turc et pas du tout accueillante ni souriante. Pas de terrasse hormis table et chaise en bas de l'hôtel si vous aimez les chats cela vous conviendra si vous n'aimez pas faudra faire avec. Accessibilité hôtel pour se rendre sur mosquée bleu 5 minutes à pied avec que de la montée En résumé après une journée fatigante le shopping et de balade on peut faire abstraction de tous ces détails négatif

Good, clean hotel situated about 7-8 minutes uphill walk from Sultanahmet Mosque. Rooms with bathroom. very clean; hot water always available. Serviced daily. Room with TV, A/C & fridge. Bed comfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff courteous & helpful. P.S. About 100metres or less uphill from this hotel is a shop called Sultan Supermarket. Don't buy from there as the owner/seller is a thief & cheat.
