A convenient hotel at a good location.

Worst hotel i ever seen in my life,please stay away from this hotel.staff are very rude.i booked AC room when i arrived after long flight they gave me room where AC not working when i complain they gave me small fan instead replacing the room.i speak on front desk and staff is very rude they said u can go other hotel and cancel your booking.breakfast is average not worth the price.

Вполне достойный отель с басейном, баром, зоной отдыха на крыше, и очень вкусным завтраком, нам понравилось

フロントの方の対応、設備、部屋共に価格以上な感じでした。落ち着いた良いホテルだと思いました。スパや室内プールも利用できました。またイスタンブールに行ったら利用したいと思います。

Super hôtel, bien placé, à quelques mètres d'une station de tramway qui permet de visiter facilement Istanbul. Il se situe sur une rue assez calme avec peu de passage. La chambre était petite mais très propre, rien à dire, climatisée. Le petit déjeuner buffet a pas mal de choix et est bon. Le personnel de l'accueil ont été adorables tout le long du séjour. La piscine, par contre, était bondée tout le temps, difficile parfois de trouver un transat... dommage ! Et les horaires d'ouverture limités. Mais ça a le mérite d'exister ! J'ai bien mangé dans le restaurant de l'hôtel également.

OK hotell, centralt läge Det är svårt att förstå sig på hur vissa hotell får sina stjärnor. Detta är i bästa fall ett 3-stjärnigt hotell. Rummet var ok, när man hade på AC:n luktade det cigarettrök i hela rummet. Frukosten var en besvikelse. Vi beställde väckning och de ringde fel tid, antagligen då personalens engelska var bristfällig. Det bästa var läget, gångavstånd till Bazaren. Området är trevligt, många butiker och restauranger. Poolen var ok.

God beliggenhed og venligt personale Super dejligt hotel i den gamle bydel af Istanbul. Tæt på Metro-station. Dejlig service fra personalet. God rengøring, men lidt slidt nogle steder. Man kunne mærke at det var begyndelsen af sæsonen. Lidt service og vedligehold af værelset kunne trænge. Det havde været rigtigt dejligt, hvis der havde været adgang til tagterrassen.

Not as advertised While the staff were exceptional, our stay was disappointing. The AC did not work, wifi was only accessible from reception, the roof top pool was closed for maintenance, and our room leaked from a vent in the ceiling. We were disappointed after three weeks of fantastic hotels to conclude our vacation this way.

Great location and friendly manager Emre The location of the hotel was great, right near the metro and about a 7 min walk to the tram (there is a small upward incline). Emre was a great manager - always greeted you and had a smile on his face, the other two managers weren't as friendly and there was a language barrier with the man who brought the suitcases upstairs. Breakfast options were good and varied almost everyday. It would be better if the cleaning lady changed the sheets more often as we stayed for 8 nights and it was only changed twice and we had to ask for more toilet tissue twice as she hadn't topped it up but she was also nice.

Malgré un personnel sympathique, cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas les 4 étoiles indiquées. En effet, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de ces 4 étoiles : problèmes de canalisations causant une odeur noseabonde dans le système sanitaire de l’hôtel, la douche de notre chambre ne marchait pas (eau brûlante ce qui peut être dangereux) dans notre arrivée dans la chambre, la piscine est salle malgré un pisciniste sympathique (sûrement un problème de filtre), sauna fermé. Pour conclure, l’hôtel a significativement besoin d’important travaux. La localisation idéale ne suffit pas (vu l’offre d’hôtels dans le même coin)

I ragazzi della reception sono stati davvero molto disponibili e gentili. Abbiamo fatto il check-out alle 4 di mattina senza aver prenotato un transfert per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Il signore alla reception quando ha visto che eravamo sprovvisti di un mezzo, ha provveduto a chiamare un loro taxi di fiducia che è arrivato in pochi minuti anticipandoci già quanto avremmo pagato, circa 35 euro ( la metà di quanto pagammo all’arrivo chiamandolo da soli). Nell’attesa ci hanno anche portato il caffè. L’alloggio è stato molto piacevole. Consiglio la struttura perché sono molto seri, disponibili e gentili. L’albergo si trova in zona ben fornita, a pochi minuti si raggiunge tranquillamente la fermata del tram e con una fermata si raggiunge il Grand Bazar mentre con 2/3 fermate si arriva a Sultanahmet.

Abbiamo alloggiato lì per circa 5 giorni, la posizione ottima, vista eccezionale dalla camera, personale super gentile e disponibile. Non do 5 stelle per la pulizia, in un 4 stelle ti aspetti l’impeccabile, qui lascia a desiderare, nella stanza avevamo a disposizione un bollitore con 3 bicchieri e 3 tazze le quali dopo l’utilizzo non ci sono mai state cambiate ma semplicemente ricomposte alla loro posizione d’origine, poi non parliamo del bagno, il tappo del lavandino penso che non sappiano nemmeno che si possa togliere a giudicare dalle condizioni in cui era, vi lascio immaginare, il vetro della doccia pieno di calcare per le doccia eseguite, il doccino all’interno del cesso non ne parliamo, peccato.

This Hotel have a excellent location in the old istanbul area, you can walk to Blue Mosque and Sofia in 20 minutes. Just to be fair air conditioner is normal in regular room. if you need like me sleep in a 18C degrees book an upgrade room. Excellent service and restaurant and very welcoming employees work there. I can go again if need it.
