Kent Hotel arvostelua

Attention!!! We were at the hotel between 19-23 and they robbed us at breakfast on the 21st. They stole 2 bags with documents and a phone in the amount of 4,000 dollars. There were Kurdish children and immediately we started screaming. Neither the staff nor the lobby moved. While there pretending They were looking for something in the hotel, both bags were found without the intact money, of course (((the hotel returned us 1000 dollars

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, delante de la universidad de Istambul, en la parte antigua, cerca del Metro y delante la parada del Tranvia. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, bańo completo. Los desayunos, variado, del pais, cada dia diferente. El personal amables y atentos.

Tesis ***et temiz ve kaliteli. Odalar temiz. Kahvaltı standardın üstünde. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Tramvay durağının hemen yanında. Tek problem otopark. Araç ile geldiğinizde aracı park edebileceğiniz herhangi bir yer yok

Kent Hotel: good location Good location, easy walking distance to the grand bizarre, restaurants and Turkish bath. Front desk service was good, but service in the lounge was not good. Not sure if the lounge staff were just apathetic or something was happening we were unaware of.

Unfriendly behaviors This hotel has a great location , use to be one of the best 4* in Fatih . My last experience was terrible, I received unkind treatment from one of the hotel workers, who later turned out to be the manager. Reception workers are usually chosen on the basis of morals and cheerfulness and superviser should provide solutions not complications and rude behaviors.
