It was a very nice and clean hotel. It is very close to the Istanbul Sabiha airport and there is a mall (3 mins walk), so the location is good. But unfortunately they had drainage issues in the room so it felt like my foot was taking a bath every time I showered.

房間乾淨整潔 酒店設施不錯 裝潢也闊以 屬於是這趟土耳其之行住的比較舒服的 房間有一個小露台 就是廁所微微有點小 然後mini bar上的薯片是要收費的

Really nice 5-stars hotel. Breakfast is amazing and really 5-minutes taxi to Sabiha Airport (taxi fee roughly 140 TL).

Regularly book the hotel for overnight stay due to flight connection in SAW. Good value and service, nice rooms. This time got an room upgrade 🙂 What is missing is a hotel owned shuttle transfer to the airport.

Мы часто останавливались в этом отеле, когда прилетали в второй аэропорт Стамбула Gocen. И уже второй раз были на завтраках, которые просто отвратительные: кофе из порошка, нормальное капучино приготовить не могут, каша водянистая и очень сладкая, овощи заветренные, яйца пересушенные. Зная это, отель старается сразу получить оплату 20 евро за завтрак, который не стоит и 2 евро. Менеджеры ресторана ******* и ***** ****** отказались решать проблему и сделать нормальный кофе, также отказались вернуть оплату за завтрак, хотя мы ничего не смогли поесть

As you mentioned, we prepared a cappuccino for you twice in an effort to ensure your satisfaction, but you expressed your dissatisfaction without tasting it. When we kindly offered to prepare another one, this proposal was declined. Additionally, we prepared all the items you mentioned as unsatisfactory specifically for you and served them without charge, yet we are deeply saddened to hear that you were still unhappy with your breakfast experience. We would also like to highlight that the two restaurant managers you mentioned went above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Завтрак был ужасным. Выбрать абсолютно нечего. А то, что есть - несъедобно.  По самому номеру вопросов нет, все было очень хорошо. Персонал приветливый, вежливый, готовый помочь.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it has some slight problems. One is the food is frightfully frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Everything is written in euros and for an iced coffee was like 6-year-olds and for hot chocolate I think it was slightly more. Breakfast is $32 so I didn't even bother. Also the problem with this hotel is that they let people smoke so even when you ask for a non-smoking room you kind of still smell cigarettes. They do have a chocolate happy hour if you have an accor card and I think it's between like 6:00 and 7:00 where you can have it chocolate feast for free. The hotel does have a nice big pool but it was a pinch cold for me considering it's December. I did use the hot tub which could be a little bit stronger Jets but was okay. This room is not really worth more than $100 which is exactly what I paid. It's quite convenient for s a w airport though.
