This hotel is amazing!!! The cute guy at the front desk was really helpful, helped us to figure out our Istanbul card and we realized that we were cheated at the airport. Overall, the room is quiet and clean, we had good night sleep without any noise. The hotel is nearby the Taksin street, convenient for everything!!!

0 customer service. Receptionist is useless. Towel not provided properly. Leftover water in kettle when check in. Last night stay room was not cleaned and does not bother to make it up except offer breakfast. Have to ask for towel and they dont like to reply your whatsapp. Avoid this hotel at all cost unless u really want to take photos in the lobby , period. Good design in lobby but thats it. Ruin my instanbul trip. Get other proper chain hotel as many more choices around this price range.

広いお部屋に、大きなベット！ クローゼットもひろい〜。 アイロンと、アイロン台までありました。 寝るだけで利用しましたが、もったいなかったなぁ。 立地も良いですが、シャトルバス乗り場まで歩くと15分位、、スーツケース引きながらだとちょっとしんどかった^^; しかもホテル前は坂道、、(´；ω；｀) でも、部屋に入れば驚きと興奮がまってます！

剛開始空調不制熱，後來恢復以後噪音非常大

Everything about this hotel is superb. The location is great cause you don’t have to sweat much if you want to go to Taksim, just 5-7 min away. When I arrived to this hotel it smells really good and I was greeted nicely by the receptionist. When I checked in my room which is the duplex unit, I was surprised of how spacey and amazing it is. Its more than what I expected cause usually the hotel that is nearby Taksim will have small room and only basic amenities. And for the price it’s totally worth it. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Istanbul.

酒店經理很貼心，路途遙遠提前説了辦理入住，來到這邊就直接入住，有的需求都滿足了，十分熱情.

整體還是不錯的 不過他們收了20歐的提前入住費 這個最好在入住前和他們確認下吧 其次，房間裏的電壓不好 我的相機充不進電，手機充電也很慢 其他都還可以

衞生：很好 環境：不錯 位置：方便 服務：不錯

很喜歡的酒店，在獨立大街邊上的巷子裏，位置非常優越，環境也好，拍照很美，價格也可以接受 不足之處在於早餐不豐富，WiFi信號差，前台不提供轉換插頭
