Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa

Checked in before 2pm and invited to the breakfast which was nice and welcoming. There was a problem with the A/C in my room so the hotel changed the room with no problems. The rooms are quite old and lots of furniture should be repaired. The breakfast was not bad but there were no desserts hence no tea spoons available. There were wooden sticks instead. Expect paper cups instead of ceramic cups in the rooms also. The restaurant had more like cafeteria vibe and also is lacking of plates. SPA center was working but I was required to buy a swim cap to use the swimming pool. I checked out at 11.30 and was staying at the lobby cause I was on the phone call. Hotel management asked me to leave the hotel at 11.50. Ridiculous.

we ve stayed at this lovely hotel and enjoyed the spa massage which was amazing upon arrival .all staff are welcoming front desk. housekeeping retaurant .they welcome you with agreat service and fullfilling all your request to give you the enjoyment of your stay.food breakfast always great .clean and staff always there to give you attention . all front desk members and super help .from carryimg ur luggage to even request you a taxi if needed . .thanks to this hotel for making my accomodation and exceptional one .rami elchayeb

The price I paid to sleep here three night it was not cheap, even for Turkey, I was extremely disappointed by this Boutique Hotel, that has nothing about a Boutique. Rooms are indecent, the wall paper falling apart, the bed are subdimensioned and the pillow are just horrible. The cleaning of the room was also not the best. The Spa Facility open from 15:00 I went at 15:10 nobody was there, 20 min later nobody still was there, I gave up. Day after I managed to visit the spa, small, dirty and jacuzzi out of service. Kitchen is not fresh, and I found rotten fruit in the buffet, people here are just careless about your holiday, they don't give a da mn about you spending your money and give a mediocre service. You can find better places, cheaper.

I will go by points: POSITION The address of the hotel is wrong, so at the moment of the reservation when you think to be in the center of Taksim, BE AWARE, the real address is in a backstreet with a very unsafe neightbour, trash, and on a slope 10% that you will have to do every day. Maybe conveniente ust to take taxis as was decentred from the traffic epicentre. Sorrounding is also noisy for the prayer time. Prepare to wake up at 06:45 STAFF People were unable to answer my complains in a satisfatory way, but I cant say they were helpful, a poor owner left the manager and the poor front office as punchball for the customer as they can materially do few. The manager is a very reasonable person but his hotel is way beyond decency. Door man was cool and helpful, reception as well very nice people, smiling and so. But again too much bad things can not be sustained by a good stuff. HOTEL You pay as 4*, maybe neither 3*,the word boutique in hotel industry means something else but seems abused by this hotel and the neightbours ones. Breackfast is garbage, not fresh, not clean, no English speaking staff, absolute insufficient, no quality . Rooms are terrible, small, claustrophobic, air conditioner works and not, facilities in general terrible, bed too small a 140cm max large, pillows are the worse synthetic on the market, towel are those super tiny that take a life to dry and scrub your skin off. Insufficient supply, details of the room shabby, unmantained, broken, unloved. Just sad. We got an upgrade for one of the room, we found two coachroaches...unacceptable. SPA Jacuzzi, doesn t work, pool was nasty and not cleaned, even if the clore inside was way beyond tolerable. Massages were poorly made, with the door open as the unique masseuse was also the unique attendant. Zero atmosphere, unprofessional. Spa was at the first visit dirty, I found 7 coachroaches, distgusting, I passed, day after after promise of professional cleaning I found one swimming in the pool, kitchen is just one floor up the spa, can't imagine. OVERALL I didn't enjoy, I felt ripped off, I overpaid a tiny/dirty room, booking was locked in TK for local use or I'd certainly would have ditched it. If you have hygienical standards you will not like it.
