Я остановилась в отеле Meretto с 23 августа по 26 августа. Отель находится недалеко от центра, 2 минуты пешком до трамвайной линии, вокруг магазины, ресторан и маркеты. В номерах чисто, убирают каждый день. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал у стойки. Завтрак вкусный. Я выбрала этот отель по отзывам в интернете и не пожалела. Рекомендую всем.

Some of the staff used to cheat and blackmail costumers like me but didn’t give them the chance to do so. Everything you pay for ask for receipt. Bear in mind, all facilities in the hotel like swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath are at a very high chargeable cost, not as they put it in there photos, as if for free.

İletişim becerileri iyi, Hizmet imkanları kısıtlı ancak lokasyonda istenilen her şey bulunabilir, İmkanlar kısıtlı, Otopark sorunu bulunuyor. Sokak arasında konuşlu, Kahvaltı salonu etkili hale getirilebilir, kahvaltı içeriği ve sunum geliştirilebilir. Kendi segmentinde genel olarak 5 üzerinden 4,5 u hakeden bir kuruluş.

Отель понравился по соотношению цена/качество. Единственный ньюанс просите номер с окнами не во двор (мрачное зрелище) Мы попросили, на второй день нам без проблем поменяли

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos 25 minutos andando de Santa Sofía, con tranvía casi en la puerta y metro a poco más de 500 metros (que, a su vez, enlaza con la línea del mar de Mármara y el metro para el aeropuerto). Numerosos restaurantes y lugares de comida rápida en los alrededores. Habitaciones no demasiado grandes, pero cómodas y funcionales, con buena ducha y colchón, limpieza, y pequeños añadidos, como agua diaria y hervidora/terera. Desayuno buffet correcto en la azotea, con algo de fruta, huevos, zumos, café, alimentos dulces y salados. Pan pero sin tostadora. Personal extremadamente amable, deseosos de que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos. La última noche hasta tuvieron el detalle de subirme algo de fruta la habitación. En general, es una muy buena opción para alojarse cerca de Sultanhamet con una buena relación calidad precio. Muy recomendable.

I want to complain about fraud as the hotel is cheating customers through the Agoda app. The hotel’s name is Meretto Hotel. The address is Kemalpasa Mahallesi Salimpasa Sok. No: 25/27 Laleli - Fatih / ISTANBUL. I bought a standard room from them with amenities above the basement, but they cheat customers and send them to the basement. They use the name of another intermediary organization named Hotelbeds and say they are making reservations. Thus, the client remains deceived and the money is not returned. If the customer even shows their order through Agoda, they use a completely different booking from another company. I’ve never experienced this kind of cheating and problem in other countries. In Japan, Italy and France we always had the same room as in pictures, described features of the room. Here in Istanbul, they lie and do not help customers at all.

First of all, the staff who are trained to meet the demands of the customers. High class cleanliness. Disposable slippers. Breakfast was good except for the instant coffee. The area is crowded, but it is usual for Istanbul, you have quick access to Yenikapi.If you want landscapes on the window, this is not the case.

Hotel situato a 50 metri dalla linea del tram T1 che ti collega velocemente ai punti principali di attrazione di Istanbul (volendo puoi muoverti anche a piedi, Sultanahmet è a 20 minuti a piedi). Comodissimo dunque per gli spostamenti, anche nei quartieri meno turistici ma molto affascinanti di Fatih, Fener e Balat. Tra l’altro uno dei manager gentilmente di sua iniziativa ci ha prestato la Istanbulkart che dovevamo solo ricaricare alle macchinette. Camere molto pulite, da camminarci scalzo, gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno e ogni giorno vengono lasciate tre bottiglie d’acqua per il rientro la sera. Presenti in abbondanza i saponi per l’igiene. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia nella scelta: dal dolce, al salato, alla frutta, alla verdura. La colazione viene fatta all’ultimo piano su una terrazza rilassante e con una bella vista sulla città. Tutto positivo dunque, ma la vera forza di questo Hotel è lo staff che ringrazio dal primo all’ultimo: manager, receptionist e addette alle pulizie. Ricordo Sun e Vladimir, ma tutti quanti che non cito solo perché da italiano i nomi mi risultano più difficili da ricordare e mi scuso con loro. Persone cordiali, gentilissime, sempre sorridenti e disponibili per fare due parole e consigliarti al meglio su come organizzare la tua vacanza. Sottolineo che quando intendo al meglio è al meglio per l'ospite, ottimizzando la visita e il budget, anche con trasporto pubblico, senza assolutamente spingerti verso soluzioni a pacchetto come magari altri fanno. Per arrivo e ritorno ci hanno organizzato il trasporto in Hotel e in aeroporto con un van ad un prezzo concordato e poi pure scontato in loco. Persone speciali che in un posto che non conosci agevolano la tua visita e che porterò sempre nel cuore con i loro sorrisi e la loro cordialità fino al prossimo viaggio ad Istanbul.
