I used to like this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. in the hall ways have carpets and nice cosy light but rooms used to be much better. There are no more shampoos, stuff is not nice trying to defend themselves. I still love fresh air from the huge windows but I don’t think I may stay here again as it’s price raised and quality dropped.

準備睡覺時，掀開被子，居然發現床單很臟，還有一些毛髮，被嚴重噁心到。後來和前台説了後，直接換房，但總覺得也不乾淨。

Je pense que si leur petit déjeuner proposer étais mieux. J’aurai étais satisfaite à 100%. Pour un 4 étoile le petit déjeuner est vraiment à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Le reste et tellement bien et parfait.

Overall great experience with my family, their family rooms are nothing shorter than spectacular. Rough room for 3-4 children

Mükemmel Mükemmel ilgi, nezaket, ücretsiz ikramlar, temiz odalar, kibar çalışanlar, fresh kahvaltı, güvenli, sessiz, daha ne diyeyim. O bölgede her zaman tercih edeceğim otel.

The rooms are not being cleaned after each guest I was staying in Istanbul for one night on my way to Switzerland. After taking a shower before leaving for dinner I discovered a DIRTY UNDERWEAR in the bathroom, right under the stacked towels. I did not want to stay in the hotel, despite the front desk offering me to switch the rooms and I moved to Hilton after I got back from my dinner. Very disappointed

Comfortable stay! Very comfortable stay, clean room and friendly staff, good location close to tram station and many cafes around

Staff really nice and friendly especially property Manager (Samed). Had a really good week in this property. On my arrival there was a mix up with the booking however staff did their best to resolve the issue.

My requirements for a hotel room are comfortable beds, clean, a bedside light and bathroom with a decent shower, good sized towels, powerful hairdrier and a bathmat. No problem here, premium bedding too. Water, teabags and coffee provided but why paper cups with sticks to stir? It was quite a big corner room with windows east and south although not much of a view in this commercial location. There are supermarkets, an ATM, several options for eating and a nice coffee shop within 5 minutes walk to the left. The hotel is well away from the tourist area but very conveniently located to the tram which goes to Sultanahmet and the waterfront, turn left out of the hotel, cross at the crossing and follow round to the "clock tower" behind which are steps down to the tram stop. There is nothing of interest to the right of the hotel. Hotel staff are professional but not so friendly. Breakfast is average but the music in the lounge and dining room is truly dreadful.
