Le Safran Palace Hotel

Nous sommes venus découvrir Istanbul, et nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour au Safran Palace hôtel. La vue magnifique au petit déjeuner, le soin dans tous les petits détails, le calme des prix vraiment attractifs. Mention très spéciale à Ebru qui est un amour et vous donne plein de conseil pour rendre votre séjour idéal. Je ne peux que recommander. La 403 du 17 au 20 septembre.

Sono stata in questo hotel a cavallo tra fine luglio 2024 e i primi 3 giorni di agosto 2024. La posizione vicinissima alle principali attrazioni e ai mezzi pubblici, una vista spettacolare, davvero mozzafiato, dalla terrazza dell'hotel, il letto comodo, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste e a scambiare due chiacchiere con simpatia ed ospitalità, questi i punti di forza di questo hotel. Osman, Ebru ed Enes ci hanno accolto in modo davvero caloroso e gioviale. È stato un piacere chiacchierare con loro. Grazie! Colazione buona, abbastanza varia, soprattutto salata, alla turca, mancano i dolci ai quali siamo abituati noi italiani, ma la qualità è buona. È un piccolo hotel molto essenziale e spartano, un po' datato, ma ad Istanbul lo standard è questo, le dimensioni dei bagni e delle camere sono abbastanza piccole, ma le nostre camere, al 4° piano, erano comode, ordinate e abbastanza pulite, più grandi della media, il bagno davvero piccolo, ma la doccia ampia, con campioncini di cortesia di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. La camera dei nostri figli, entrambi maggiorenni, era accanto alla nostra, come richiesto da noi in fase di prenotazione e aveva due belle finestre che davano maggiore luminosità e arieggiamento alla stanza. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero a richiesta senza supplemento; un giorno non sono stati cambiati ma ci hanno accontentato dandocene subito degli altri puliti. Carta igienica sempre disponibile. Manca nel bagno il nostro caro bidet all'italiana ma ci si adatta. La libertà di poter andare in terrazza h/24 e godere della vista sul Bosforo non ha prezzo; la colazione non è servita in terrazza ma è possibile portarla su ed è molto piacevole godere del panorama. Di notte la terrazza ha una vista che regala delle emozioni indimenticabili, con vista sul Ponte delle vittime del 15 luglio, la torre di Galata, il porto, la torre di Camlica, parte del Palazzo Topkapi e il Gülhane Park. Le luci di Istanbul notturna sono pura magia. Se la terrazza fosse un po' più curata sarebbe un gran punto di forza soprattutto nella bella stagione. C'è un bollitore in camera con thè e caffè turco. Cassaforte nell'armadio, mai usata perché non ne ho avuto necessità. Aria condizionata, usata solo una notte perché non serviva, il venticello del Bosforo era molto più piacevole. Zero zanzare anche con luci accese a finestra aperta! Le camere tra di loro sono insonorizzate, se si lascia però la finestra aperta, si sente molto lo stridio dei gabbiani, ma fa parte dei suoni caratteristici di Istanbul! Non ho allegato foto della camera e del bagno perché quelle proposte sono fedeli alla realtà. Per il rapporto qualità- prezzo lo consiglio.

Excelente relación calidad-precio a escasos cinco minutos a pie del centro histórico de Estambul. A destacar especialmente los siguientes puntos: - Amabilidad del personal: en todo momento me ayudaron en cualquier duda que me iba surgiendo: rutas por la ciudad, a dónde ir, precauciones que tomar… - Desayuno muy completo y abundante - El día de mi partida la persona que estaba en recepción esperó conmigo fuera del hotel desde las 04:30 horas hasta las 05:00 horas hasta que viniera mi transporte hacia el aeropuerto. - Muy agradecido, ¡para repetir sin duda alguna!

The hotel is not as clean as it looks in the photos. The room stank of damp and toilet as there was no exhaust. The staff were friendly, breakfast was average. It is very close to the blue mosque and the museum.

Buona la posizione vicinissima alle attrazioni principali di Istanbul (Santa Sofia, palazzo del Topkapi, Mosche blu…), comodi anche i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici visto che la linea del tram non è molto lontana. La zona la sera è molto tranquilla ma non desolata. L’hotel è piccolo, così come la camera, ma tutto sommato siamo stati bene anche se non abbiamo capito perché un giorno non ci hanno rifatto la stanza e gli tre sì…buona anche la pulizia e il kit di cortesia. Colazione da rivedere: non molta varietà né sul salato né sul dolce (due sole opzioni, sempre uguali in quattro mattine), caffè veramente da dimenticare… Personale gentilissimo, disponibile e molto simpatico.

Great staff, helpful and very friendly. The room, well part of the shower fell off , couldn't work out how to lock the door, breakfast served in the basement, the eggs look like they'd been there for days. Tge location was great. Took 2 hours to reach from Istanbul SAW on a private transfer. In the morning it was 40 minutes back. If you want a great location this is great as are the staff, but please manage your expectations, e.g empty fridge, no bottles of water in the room etc.

I had an issue about the noise from the next building i couldn’t sleep first night. Next day, the Management-solved the problem and changed my room. It was quiet and i really appreciated their response. Wifi is v good and Rooms are kinda small. Also, breakfast is regular and the same everyday. I hope they add variety of food in the near future. At the end I would like to thank Mr. Fouad, Mr. Ilder, and Mrs. Nulifer for their help and services.

I cant sleep at all. Sound and noise everywhere. Unfortunately there is some constructions next building and the hotel website wasn’t mentioned that. The Noise of opening and closing Room doors is a disaster as the building is too small. Each floor has only 3 rooms next to each other. Breakfast is simple eggs tomatoes cheese bread If you like to walk like me, it will be kinda difficult because you have to walk on a hill to reach it. Kettle is available in the room yet no coffee, only tea and sugar. Wifi signals are v. Good

Everything was great they welcomed me as in my own home i give big thanks to staff of hotel which they helped me lot and they have given to me really good tricks about Istanbul where to go where to eat It was a really good Experience for me i will definitely come back
