歴史地区のドミ併設の個室から移動してきたら,同じ値段帯とは思えないくらい快適だった。ホテル自体は非常に古いが,毎日部屋に掃除やタオルの交換が入り,不便を感じることはない。ネットは常時動画が止まらない速さ。朝食も温かいものも備えたバイキング形式でスープもある。古さがこのホテルの価格を安くしていると思えば,大満足の内容だった。

Muy malo Simplemente horrible,no entiendo cómo pueden ofrecer servicio como hotel en esas condiciones,la cama horrible,los colchones horrible,las almohadas con manchas que no se sabe de que es.El cuarto de baño huele horrible a cañería podrida,apenas pone un par de jabones y nada.El aire acondicionado funciona a patadas.La recepción está llena de bolsas negras como si fuera una agencia de paquetería.Tuve que salir de allí y pagar otro hotel.No me gusto el absoluto el servicio.No recomendable para nada .

Great location We stayed here for the location, hotel was not upto our standards in terms of cleanliness but the staff was very friendly.

Своровали из номера деньги, подложив поддельные. Так что будьте бдительны с деньгами и ценными вещами, горничные воруют только так. На ресепшене развели руками, извинений и компенсации не принесли. Испортили весь отдых

Siamo stati in quel hotel per due notti e non andremo MAI PIÙ ! È stata un'esperienza più del negativa. Pulizia ZERO ! Prima notte quando si presume che tutto dovrebbe essere OK , la biancheria macchiata. Seconda notte gli asciugamani erano i stessi ma piegati. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio e ci hanno portato altri asciugamani, ma anche essi erano lavati male. Box doccia era rotto e il vetro rimaneva aperto. Porta spazzolini da denti sotto lo specchio mancava. Era caldo ma nella camera non erano lenzuole, solo trapunte. Nella mensa pane si prende con le mani, niente pinze.

We went out of our way to go the carvery lunch in the Oriel , having seen many ads recently. We went into the restaurant at 2pm .....nobody serving and one girl working the whole room. We asked if lunch was being served and she told us that " Yes " , and to take a seat. We sat and sat and sat ....and nobody came near us. No sign of food , or chefs , or menus. We left and had lunch in another local establishment. Very disappointed. Does the Oriel serve carvery lunch , or not ???????.
