Great Fortune Hotel & Spa arvostelua

Service was in het algemeen ok. Zeer lieve mensen aan de balie , maar hadden laatste dag gevraagd om wekker service toe te passen op een welbepaalde uur maar werd spijtig genoeg niet gedaan, en hierdoor waren we te laat voor onze bus om richting luchthaven. Dit heeft me een extra 70 euro gekost om op tijd terug op de luchthaven te kunnen zijn.

My friend and I went on a short trip. We were truly impressed by the hotel’s modern design and panoramic views. Having breakfast included and free access to the spa was amazing. The reception staff was extremely helpful and provided 24/7 support. It’s a trustworthy place that I would highly recommend.

No tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la web, nada de 4 estrellas.Nos dieron una habitación en la planta baja, delante del ascensor, pasamos frio la primera noche y tuvimos que avisar tres veces a recepción para que revisasen el aire caliente. Pedimos un cambio y no fué posible. Las instalaciones bastante mal. El desayuno muy flojo. La zona muy céntrica, pero mejor buscar otro hotel. La foto es de la puerta cerrada! Pasa un dedo por la puerta!

Bij de lobby waren ze erg vriendelijk en gastvrij , mijn grootste ergernis was de ontbijt en de lokatie van de ontbijt , rolgordijnen die continue aan het wapperen waren door de wind en waardoor je de zon binnen krijgt en erg warm word , personeel niet vriendelijk, komt geen glimlach of een verwelkoming uit , stralen niet fit uit, en de ontbijt en hygiëne was niet optimaal , moeten vaak op onze bestek en borden wachten tot het gewassen is voordat je met je ontbijt kan beginnen en de bestek en borden krijg altijd kletsnat dus krijg je papieren servetten om het zelf te drogen.een keer zei ik tegen de serveerster of ze een bord voor mij kan regelen , mevr. Zei dat de vrouw die de vaat doet er nog niet is en ze bleef maar staan met andere collega en toen zei ik wilt u voor ons een paar borden dan wassen zodat we kunnen gaan eten ? Waarop ze zei dat ze niet voor de afwas was komen werken. Een andere logies ging zijn eigen bord wassen ,vind het niet netjes

Super Lage mit guten Restaurants in Fussnähe.zimmer sind jedoch sehr eng.Es ist zu zweit eine Herausforderung.Für die Dusche muss man über das WC kletten.Für ältere Leute oder dicke nicht geeignet.

Номера маленькие, спа ужасный - холодный, маленький, грязный, идет ремонт. Нормального отделения туалета нет - стеклянная полупрозрачная дверь без намека на шумомзоляцию. И самая неприятная ситуация — уборщица УКРАЛА некоторые вещи, рылась в вещах, администрации без разницы, они только нахамили. Не рекомендую.

Llegamos al hotel antes del check in, nos recogieron las maletas y fuimos a hacer turismo. Cuando volvimos nos llevaron a unas habitaciones en un sótano, sin ventanas. A medida que bajabas en el ascensor te venía un olor terrible a humedad y cañerías. Una de las habitaciones tenía la cama a medio hacer, las dos mobiliario viejo y roto. Olor indescriptible. Volvimos a la recepción y le enseñamos la reserva a través de trip que mostraba la reserva de dos habitaciones estándar con vistas a la ciudad. El recepcionista nos dijo que nuestra reserva eran de dos habitaciones económicas sin ventanas (desconocía que en un hotel de 4 estrellas te pudiesen meter en una habitación sin ventana), pero rápidamente ofreció una habitación mejor por 15 euros más por noche y habitación (60 euros en total). Llamé a atención al cliente de trip. Me atendió Alejandra que me calmó y se puso en contacto con ellos. (Muchísimas gracias Alejandra).El problema al parecer surgió por culpa de un intermediario con el que trabaja Trip. Mientras yo intentaba solucionar el problema por teléfono, al resto de mis acompañantes le insistían para venderle cruceros, cenas y traslados al aeropuerto (parecíamos los protagonistas de un chiste malo). Nos enseñaron las otras habitaciones, que estaban en un hotel diferente. Llegar al otro hotel fue otra aventura. Nos guió un botones (un chico jovencito encantador, lo único salvable del hotel) por en medio de unas calles llenas de obras. Accedimos a alojarnos en las habitaciones que nos ofrecieron, adelantamos el pago de 60 y trip prometió su reembolso (en dos dias teníamos el reembolso en nuestra cuenta). El desayuno del great fortune desing, donde al final dormimos, fue inexistente, ya que ni siquiera les funcionaba las máquinas de café y la solución que nos daban eran unos sobres de café soluble, al rellenar la taza con agua caliente se rellenó también de partículas negras, ahí decidimos que desatunaríamos fuera. No voy a mencionar el resto del desayuno. Desayunamos fuera, con los gastos que eso conlleva. El hotel en el que al final nos alojamos carecía de servicios contratados en el primer hotel (piscina climatizada y desayuno en terraza con vistas) además de que estaba peor ubicado, en unas calles llenas de obras por el día y desérticas por la noche. Pensar muy bien si queréis reservar en este hotel, puede que tu estancia sea en un sótano insalubre con olor a cañerías.

Personale molto valido ed amichevole

Одно расположение отеля хорошо, остальное отвратительно, грязный отель. В номере кондиционеры можно сказать не работают, вся мебель уже давно требует замены. Ресторан, столовая вообще лучше не ходить, повара прям на кухне курят, стулья все засаленые. Одним словом отвратительно. Если не хотите испортить впечатление от поездки , не заселяйтесь в это место

I had a wonderful stay at Great Fortune Hotel. The location was great, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Отель нам не понравился, не знаю, откуда такая оценка, номера маленькие, завтраки более менее, но этот «Ресторан» на 4 этаже просто ужас, столы качаются, подоконники окон пыльные, кофемашина подает ужасный кофе, выбор на завтрак очень скромный. Единственное симпатичное в отеле это лобби, вы приезжайте и думаете попали в хороший отель, но на неделе негде развернуться. Ванная комната тоже оставляет желать лучшего, очень крохотная, сантехника старая и уже не так хорошо отмывается. Отель какой-то темный сам по себе, вообще ни капли уюта. Поставила + 1 за работу администраторов, всегда улыбчивые и во всем помогают и подсказывают, если бы не они, отель бы вообще пора закрывать!

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff was always friendly and eager to help. The location, close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. A special thanks to Murat, who was incredibly helpful and kind. He provided us with valuable information about the city’s attractions and guided us so we could make the most of our time. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable! I love you Murat!!!❤️ We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Turkey. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Hôtel très bien située excellent emplacement. Hôtel très propre et très pro. Personnel au petit soin. Un grand merci à Fatima et Mourat pour leur gentillesse et les petits soin. Un hôtel à recommander sans hésitation. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci encore
