Ilkbal Deluxe Hotel &Spa Istanbul arvostelua

I was in this hotel 4x already,so I can compare the level of the services. Ofortunately-the services are going down.The rooms were cleaned 1x only during the stay and not perfect. The personel doesn´t speak foreign languages satisfactory(only ě exception at the reception), my 3 e-mails with the requsts regarding the kind of rooms were not answered. Otherwise the location is perfect,the swiming pool also.

Absolutely excellent staff from the cleaning to the reception staff were so helpful can not fault a single day I was there. This was my second time staying at the hotel. And this hotel will always be my 1st option to stay at.

Отель явно с одной звездой максимум. Был забронирован номер одноместный, предоставили, только в номере нет окна по сути. Точнее оно есть, но выходит на закрытую шахту, ещё и соседнее окно на расстоянии от 1-1,5 м. Все запахи от соседних номеров и шум впрямую попадают в ваш номер, при этом ни капли воздуха. Я попросил другой номер. Есть с видом на море с доплатой, получил ответ. Вместо доплаты я создал второе бронирование, пока он говорил со мной. Тут началось смешное- номер «с видом на море» есть только на первом этаже и вид из него только на шумную улицу. А море? Море не будет. В итоге я поселился в грязный, вонючий номер без окна, с плесенью, без ремонта, где летают большие мошки.Кровать не удобная. Постельное белье страшное. В ванной полумрак - бриться не удастся. Чемодан некуда поставить. В 5 ночи в соседнем номере был шум- заехали. В 6 утра другие соседи уехали и так далее. Слышимость 100%. Не получилось выспаться. Завтрак унизительный и опасный. Очень-очень много людей без маски чихают и кашляют на еду, что в открытом доступе. Нет тарелок, приборов, чистых столов, аппарат кофе не работает. В чистых чашках остатки средств для посудомойки. Сауна входит в стоимость😂 Через несколько минут появился сотрудник, попросил выйти из хамама, так как туда можно, если берёшь массаж, также забрал ведро с водой из сухой сауны- с комментариями «сегодня достаточно подавали воды», отключил паровую сауну (steam). Но пользоваться можно🤦‍♂️ Я не матерюсь никогда, но в заключение хочу сказать- я ебал ваш Икбал.

I had accommodation 4 nights with a group of 46 pax. The rooms are good enough. Large lobby, 5 elevators. The stuff were nice and helpful. Unfortunately I have to mention that breakfast was very poor and not quality. For example they prepare the omlet with some powder. This does not look as omlet it look like food for aliens.....there are 1 sort cheese, 2 sorts salami. All of them no quality. The people here are rude they dont understand anything.

Проживали в отеле с 16 по 21 октября 2024 г. Это был групповой, туристический тур и этот отель мы сами не выбирали. Расположение отеля не плохое, центр, рядом Гранд базар. Отель будет интересен оптовым покупателям, так как этот район полон оптовых магазинов. В отеле не АО все номерах есть WiFe. Мы меняли номер... На 7 этаже, где мы жили после замены, WiFe был. Состояние номеров среднее. Многие туристы из нашей группы, жаловались на сломанную сантехнику, рваные шторы и ужасную грязь. Завтраки однообразные, но вполне съедобные. С 8 этажа, где их подают, открывается красивый вид на Стамбул. Выбирать этот отель можно только для краткосрочного пребывания, когда приходишь в номер только переночевать. В отеле есть SPA и бассейн, но мы не посещали... Желания не возникло, так как их техническое состояние и чистота, оставляли желать лучшего.

Fortement déconseillé surtout pour les familles

We stay at this hotel 6 nights and our room didnt look like photos on page where we booked this hotel room. There was dirty toilet and wasnt even balcon like page told us. Days when we was at this hotel they only take trash and change towels and didnt clean all room at all

Ilkbal Hotel is right in the middle of wholesale bazar. Steps away from tram and all historical sites you want to see when visiting Istanbul. Staff are all very professional friendly and super fast in providing quality service. Sauna that i used was lovely. Breakfast even tho the same options every day, it has all needed to start the day right and i loved how courteous friendly and wonderful restaurant staff were. I really enjoyed my time in Ilkbal hotel and highly recommend this hotel.

Good location. Beautiful terrace overlooking the city. However, the staff at the desk was unhelpful; the sheets were never changed (in 8 nights) or the room cleaned. Cockroaches in the bathroom.

Some + 1. The restaurant is at the 8th floor, so there is amazing view of the sea. 2. There is a large assortment of food at breakfast, so everyone will find what to eat. 3. Good location. 4. There were slippers at the room. And some bad points: 1. Rooms needs renovation, especially at the bathroom. Shower was awful. A window didn't close good. 2. Dirty. When we've just come at the room (around 18:00) there was a long hair at the pillow. Rubbish bin was full. 3. After cleaning one pair of the slippers was disappeared and new one wasn't given.

Today I went to the hotel at about 06:00 in the morning, which I booked 3-4 days ago, and when I arrived I was given a room from the very end of the corridor. I politely asked him if there would be any vacated if he could change the rooms since I was going to stay for about a week. He was very rude to me, he just took away the keys and gave them to me and said: "All the rooms are gone, I won't give you any numbers" What kind of nonsense is this, where is the respect for the guest?! At every hotel and in any other area, politeness and respect are in the first place, but unfortunately I did not see this from the staff of this hotel. So I DON'T recommend this hotel! If you value your self-respect, if respect comes first for you, then this hotel is not for you!

the hotel is located in a busy wholesale shopping neighbourhood, so expect a buzz and some noise (evenings are quite), but its only a short distance from Grand bazar (1 tram stop, 10min walk), Blue Mosque (about 20-30min walk), Egyptian Market (25-35min walk), Galan Bridge (30-40min walk). The rooms are small and shabby with only basics (small wardrobes, mini fridge, safe). Breakfast room on the 8th floor has beautiful views over the sea of Marmara. Decent continental breakfast (no turkish coffee at breakfast, or generally no decent coffee served at breakfast, but can be purchased from the bar downstairs). There is a pool, sauna and hamam available. 24/7 Reception Yes, its not a 4* star hotel and not the a great city hotel, but its a decent low cost option in a good location.

Полное разочарование отелем. Номер достался класса супер эконом, бронировали через Teztur. Завтраки крайне скучные, непродуманные вообще... Зато и картошка фри или голубцы с супом каждое утро. В номерах грязно, зеркала не моют абсолютно, постельное бельё надето наизнанку и рваное местами. При этом каждый день меняют тапочки и полотенца( иногда последние просто забывают положить). Уборщицы - русские тётки, похоже совершенно понятия не имеют о реальной чистоте для отелей в 4 звезды). Персонал зато дружелюбный. Расположен отель в очень людном и шумном историческом районе с бесконечным количеством местных "бутиков". Вообщем, не рекомендую, ни в коем случае, если любите уют, комфорт, чистоту и хорошие завтраки.
