I'm not happy, out of hotel it's noisy

Ingen dagligt städ, jätte liten rum för 2 personer, rökning lukt, irriterande på andra gäster på andra rummen, men två personal var jätte trevliga och hjälpsam.

It seems that this hotel has been rated high for a year or two years ago. It was written on here and other websites that it has breakfast, but this hotel does not serve breakfast at all. They couldn't fix the safe for me after two visits and it was unusable. We did not have hot water for almost a day and a half. But the cleanness was quite suitable and it is a suitable place for someone who spends most of his time outside the hotel.

The hotel's price is reasonable for its prime location near Istiklal Avenue. However, there are some noticeable differences in room sizes. With some being exceptionally small, even though they're both meant for two guests. Fortunately, due to low occupancy during our stay, we were able to request a room change when we first arrived. But if we had to stay in that tiny room for our entire trip, it would have been an awful trip. Room cleanliness is okay, but don't expect much. Most of the times room service comes only if you go and ask for it. Overall, it's decent for the price, especially if you're going to be out exploring most of the time. However, consider other options if you're going to spend your major time in the hotel.

The only good thing about the property is that it is in the middle of Istiklal street. Other than that, the staff don’t speak English (I had to use sign language). The receptionist would just barge into the dorm at 3:00 am and turn on the lights and rattle around then leave. It is too expensive to be considered a hostel given that they have no communal kitchen, no decent bathroom, no amenities to use. I would recommend this place only because of the location.

Une auberge très médiocre à tous points de vue : Premièrement, au niveau de la propreté, pendant les sept jours la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée, les draps n'ont pas été changés, ni les serviettes de bain. Deuxièmement, en termes d'emplacement, il est très mauvais dans les ruelles de Istiklal, et vous ne dormirez pas a cause de bruit, et le pire pour moi, c'est que les derigeant de l'hôtel et les réceptionnistes ils sont tellement des profiteurs qu'ils font ne vous permet pas de laisser vos bagages même dans le hall le jour de votre départ , si votre vole et tard, alors imaginez, ils nous ont demandé de quitter l'hôtel avec nos bagages à partir de 11 du matin, nous les avons suppliés de laisser nos sacs dans le hall jusqu'à l'heure de l'avion, qui est minuit, et ils ont refusé et ils ont laissé deux filles dans la rue avec nos valise pour plus de 12 heures , je ne conseille à personne d'y Aller

La habitación estaba sucia, había colillas detrás de la puerta y un olor a tabaco insoportable, el baño es tan pequeño que no es funcional, no limpiaron nunca la habitación en 4 dias y nunca nos cambiaron las toallas (tuvimos que cogerlas a las bravas) a pesar de pedirlas y rogarles que nos facilitasen las mismas, el recepcionista que esta por la noche es de lo mas desagradable y maleducado, la zona muy ruidosa y “chunga” no se puede dormir y es peligrosa por la noche, una estancia HORRIBLE, nada recomendable
