Очень хорошее место, чисто, красиво, высокие потолки, радушный персонал. При выселении до самолета было полдня, предложили оставить сумки. Молодцы.

地段不錯，房間很大有廚房，可以自己煮吃的，出門就是獨立大街，唯一就是有點吵，隔音不是太好，其實也是因為比較熱鬧

Проживали в этих апартаментах с 07.10.24 по 12.10.24. Апартаменты прекрасно расположены - близко от центральной улицы, трамвайной остановки. Легко добираться до всех достопримечательностей. В то же время, это относительно тихая улица, что комфортно для проживания. Апартаменты очень чистые, мебель новая. Очень удобный качественный матрас на кровати. Все необходимое для проживания в апартаментах присутствует. Администратор всегда на связи и готов помочь. В здании есть лифт. По нашей просьбе нам разрешили выехать на час позже и предложили оставить на хранение чемоданы. Есть Wi-fi. В общем, это прекрасный вариант для проживания в Стамбуле! 房間很大，住得很舒服。瑞士小哥服務超級好。雖然價格不便宜，但確實值得👍看攜程上很少有中國人入住，給大家推薦一下。

Location is good. 9 mins’ walk to Tophane tram station. 9 mins’ walk to the Main busy Street, I don’t know the name of the street, but it’s very beautiful. And it’s close to the new palace as well. Tammam is very helpful. I travel solo, he helped me to get a taxi to the airport and recommended local restaurant to me. And what questions I ask him, he will reply very quickly.

Super friendly and caring management. The building has an elevator. Walking distance to nearby restaurants, bars, and Cağaloğlu hamam. I will stay here again in the future.

Жили в пентхаусе . Лифт доходит до 4 этажа , пентхаус на 5, так что если у Вас с собой Детская коляска , тяжелый чемодан будь те готовы к тому что придётся один этаж это нести по ступенькам. Первое что было самое не удобное в этих апартаментах , это неполадки с горячей водой , ее во все не было, иногда была чуть тёплая ! Хорошо рядом с апартаментами Хамам ходили туда 🙈🤣 Второе хотели приготовить на завтрак яичницу , оказалась что электрическая плита не работает 🙈 Вызвали персонал , долго изучав электрическую плиту , они сказали что именно из за имеющихся сковородок она не включается , и пообещали принести подходящую сковородку , мы проживали там 5 дней , сковородку так и не перенесли 😬 Хорошо были кастрюли которые работали на этой плите и мы варили яйца на завтрак , ещё спасала духовка , в ней делали горячие бутерброды. И когда мы только заселились были поломаны 2 дверные ручки, но их сразу же починил персонал. Из плюсов Апартаменты убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца ! Красивая большая терраса! Так же плюс это расположение, рядом улица Istiklal. Не далеко набережная и мост Galata.

The room was beautiful in a great neighbourhood and the staff-member I dealt with was extremely helpful and communicative, both on Whatsapp and in person, really above and beyond.

brilliant location and very satisfactory accommoda Casa di Bava was recommended to me by a colleague and i would also recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in 2 apartments during our visit, the smallest - apartment 2 - is on the ground floor with windows to the street. perfectly fine for 2 people for a few nights. only downside for me was lack of second bedside table as bedroom is too small to fit more than 1. We extended our stay as we were having such a great time in Istanbul and moved to a larger apartment, of which there are several. Apartment 8 had much bigger bedroom, living room, balcony and kitchen is separate. had a dishwasher and larger fridge. the street is lively and interesting to watch, and the double glazed windows ensure it is quiet enough at night to sleep easily. the bed was super comfortable, the linen is excellent and all in all we had a very comfortable stay. the manager - Tamam - was lovely, super helpful and accommodating. His english is excellent and he is very responsive through whatsapp. the location is also terrific, we were spoilt for choice of places to eat - all delicious and cheap. Norre is next door practically and has beautiful food for breakfast/lunch too. we would 100% book Casa di Bava again!

A great find I really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. It had a great location, I felt I could relax there for an afternoon or go check out the city within minutes.

A good choice for a more local-feeling stay Convenient location for experiencing a more local-feeling side to Istanbul. Close to a range of authentic cafes, restaurants and the mega-busy Istiklal Street. Just a short walk to the new port area including the Istanbul Modern. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Balcony was too small to be really useful but handy for leaving the doors open for some fresh air. Air conditioning was really effective and easy to use. Even though there is no reception desk, staff were always responsive via WhatsApp. Daily cleaning was good to have. The area can get quite busy but the sound insulation was effective. We are pleased we booked this over a large tourist hotel. Recommend!
