03.01.2023 tarihinde İstanbul konaklamalı gezimiz için airbnb listesi üzerinden bulduğumuz yer,konum olarak yakındı ve tutmadan bakmak istedik.Karşılamadaki resepsiyon personeli odayı gösterdi.Üstün körü baktığımız odanın fiyatı airbnb'deki fiyatının iki katı olduğunu öğrendik.Peki tamam airbnb üzerinden alalım sizin için de sorun değilse dedik.Ve bu personel bunu kabul etti nasıl isterseniz dedi.Eşyalarımız almaya gidene kadar bakın sadece 3 dakika geçti.Airbnb den bu odayı etik olmayan bir şekilde kaldırdı.Kendi seviyesince bize bu odanın satıldığını, elinde şuan jakuzili oda olduğunu üç yetişkin için bir ikramda bulunacağını söyledi.Kendisine inanarak odayı 3 yetişkin için aldık.Bu fiyat yine de airbnb ve benzer online kanallardan daha yüksekti.Odalar temiz mi sorusunun cevabı temizlik göreceli bir şey ne beklediğinize bağlı demesi turizm (hizmet sektörü)personeli için vasat ötesi bir yaklaşım cevabıydı.Odaya çıktığımızda resimdeki görseller sadece odadaki vakalar banyo köşeleri ve küvet kir içindeydi!Halılara çıplak ayak basmak imkansızında ötesinde.Çok kirli yatak çok rahatsız birleştirme bir baza sistemi.En büyük felaket bizden önceki misafirlerin kıllarının yatakta olması.Aynı şekilde resimde gördüğünüz yorgan kılıfında başka kişilere ait ruj ve makyaj izleri!!!! Fiyat performans kesinlikle karşılamıyor.Isıtma güçsüz.Sıcak su her daim yok.Ama en büyük sorun çok pis ve kirli bir otel!!!

THIS HOTEL IS A FULL SCAM. 1. This is the dirtiest most disgusting place I’ve been to. There are fleas, the bed and carpet are full of stains like vomit or blood, there is no running water at times so you can’t shower or flush your toilet, the bathrooms are full of mold with hairs and nails in them. 2. There is no AC or any weather control in the rooms. Whatever they offer is not there and is not working. 3. The elevator doesn’t work most of the time. 4. The noise is awful. There are bars directly below the hotel and they play loud music all night long. 5. The area while close to Istiklal is horrid. There are terrible smells garbage everywhere, and there is no way to be dropped off close to the hotel in a taxi or transport, so expect to walk up the hills with luggage. This was a horrible experience I don’t wish upon anyone. This hotel is a scam and not well represented. We were supposed to stay for three nights but could only take two and then found another hotel. We took the financial hit and we’re not refunded even though we had all of the problems listed above happen.

It's 5 a.m in the morning the music is so loud like they are in playing our 2cond floor room.. I read the comments after our arrive because someone else did the booking for us.. my causent was complaining for the noise but because I sleep easy and heavy and after all that walking all day I didn't notice... they should consider all the negative comments and put double and soundproof windows or eventually no customers will be left.... reception very kind and helpful but they also should provide us earplugs and inform for all these.... we asked to clean the room on our 3d day of arrival... they just did the bed and change the towels nothing else even a glass of coffe i put in the sink was untouched dirty... we asked for toilet paper and an extra face towel..

The biggest mistake of my Turkey trip was to book a stay in Fresia. As soon as we entered the room there was a terrible smell from toilet spread across the room. When complained tbe hotel staff said it is not that bad and we can adjust for one night and the next morning they will try to give us another room. It was unbearable to stay there even for 5 mins. We canceled our booking and somehow managed to get another accommodation at the last moment. Very bad experience.

The first room we got had a nasty smell but the second day onwards they changed it and it was a very nice room. It’s a newly constructed property. A special mention about Adrian who works at the reception. He was extremely helpful and always ready to go out of his way to do what ever was required to make our stay very comfortable. Will definitely go back to this hotel as long as Adrian is still around.
