My wife and I are shocked with the Uncleanness of the room, and the service is horrible, Moreover the breakfast was very poor and Nothing to mention

Would be nice to have door on shower. Whole restroom floor was wet make it so inconvenience.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT” Quelle déception, la réalité n'a rien à voir avec ce que l'on voit sur les photos, hotel sombre, sale, à rénover, les sols sont tâchés. Les chambres soit disant de 20 m 2 en font à peine 15 m 2. Le rideau a fil cachant les vitres de la salle de bain sont déchirés et ne recouvrent pas toute la surface donc aucune intimité. Le lavabo était bouché, les joints silicone de la douche etaient noires. Le ménage était à peine fait (couette tirée sur le matelas, la SDB même pas lavé. Je ne vous parle pas du buffet au petit déjeuner : inexistant. Café de l'eau, et une simple assiette avec 1 oeuf dur, 3 tranches de charcuterie, 1 tranche de fromage, 5 olives, des petites barquettes de confitures posées au milieu de tout ça et plastifiée avec du film alimentaire. Même petit déjeuner identique tous les matins. Les meuble et rideaux sont vieillots, tâchés et marqués. Pour moi cet hôtel ne vaut même pas un 2 étoiles. Malgré mon insatisfaction. Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôte.

Uncourteous and no professionalism demeanor Requested to continue my stay and was given a rate for additional days. The following day when trying to pay for the room, was asked for a higher rate and when questioned why higher amount, option of either payment or checking out immediately. This approach was not only unprofessional but displayed a total disregard to those who sustains the hospitality of Turkey, on which a big share of the economy rests. I choose to pay much higher at another hotel that should regard and value to its customers....

Great location but hotel is not worth what you pay. Room wasn’t clean and aircon unit full of dust. Had to move rooms as the forest room we could not sleep in. Breakfast wasn’t nice and not great options. Charges extra for orange juice. You can pay extra £20 for a better hotel and it will be worth every penny.

Misleading advertising My stay was not bad. However, not as expected. While booking through you portal it was mentioned that there is airport transfer service which I found later through hotel staff that they never provide such services. That means the information provided was misleading

Das Pera Center Hotel war eine riesige Enttäuschung. Schon beim Ankommen fiel die mangelnde Sauberkeit auf. Das Zimmer war winzig, und überall fanden sich Haare und sogar Käfer. Besonders schlimm: Bettwanzen! Wir konnten keine Nacht durchschlafen. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass man jedes Geräusch aus dem Flur hört – von Gesprächen bis hin zu Türen, die zugeschlagen werden. Dieses Hotel ist alles andere als hygienisch, und ich würde es niemandem empfehlen. Keinen Stern wert.

The only problem i had was the size of the room and the elevator we where 3 and the room was not that large but it was fine they charge the soap and shampoo every day and the hallways smells really good and the room was clean and the breakfast was really good too

The room not the same we booked We arrived at 6:30 am and didn’t find even bottle of water ( we should have one for free) Many noisy people in the corridor ( kids playing in the corridor ,we can here the hair dryer from another room at 8:00 am because they left the door open)
