Divas Hotel arvostelua

有名なモスクに近くて立地は素晴らしかった。しかし、スタッフが慣れていなかったのかチェックインに時間がかかった。また、朝食付きで予約したが、ホテル側の認識では朝食なしだったらしく朝食voucherの代わりに部屋の鍵を渡してくれと言われ、食堂のおばさんに鍵を預けたが時間が経っても鍵が返って来なかったためフロントに行った。しかし、フロントに行っても誰も人が居なくてまた食堂のおばさんに鍵はどこにあるのか聞きに戻り手間がかかった。

호텔 식사비는 비싸고 메뉴는 너무보잘것. 없음,처음 예약했던방이 지하방 예약시는 지하방이라 표시가 되지를 않해서 예약를 했는데 어쩔수없이 50유로 추가하여 엎그레드 시켜 체크인 했으며 세면실 타올이 없다고 했는데 기다려도 오지를 않해 직접 가서 가지고 와야 했음,서비스가 좋지 못함,두번다시 가고싶지 않은 호텔임

Strategic hotel.. Near popular place.. Good.

We didn’t enjoy the stay at Divas Hotel at all because it looked very disgusting inside the hotel and extremely dirty! Everything is broken including the shower! The bed is also broken from beneath. What a disgusting hotel 🤮

Reservamos 8 noches para nuestra estancia en estambul. Llegamos al hotel y parecía abandonado. Nos llevaron a la habitación y todo estaba por los suelos sucio, colchones usados fuera… nos vimos obligados a reservar otro hotel. NO RESERVÉIS!

Good location near Blue Mosk Clean room and confortable bed. Great location near Blue Mosk. Hotel not very flexible on making a very small minor change to reservation so make sure all details are ok when you hit the "reserve button". Will organize transfer to the airport.

Hotel conveniently located. Rooms not like the images portrayed. Reception staff need to be more hospitable. You get what you pay for..would not go back

Les photos sur le site sans anciennes, datent de 2015, la réalité maintenant est toute autre chose, ne vous faites pas arnaquer les amis. Pour le prix y a beaucoup mieux je vous l'assure. Tout est à revoir dans cet hôtel, le petit déjeuner est une répétition sans fin du menu.

The photographs on the website were misleading, as the actual room conditions were significantly different and of poor quality. The room was filthy, and there was a strong odor of smoke emanating from the bedding and damp or mold, which prevented me from getting a restful night sleep due to constant coughing.The absence of windows for ventilation in the room & dining room impedes the circulation of fresh air.(window leaded to dining room) the toilet was disgusting very strong smell off gutter odor from the shower area. The sink was equipped with corroded rusty tap that was disgusting to even touching the tap to wash your hands or face & there was no towels or toilet paper holders, and that toilet paper is placed on the floor. When report to reception was not interested in helping. Due to the hotel's failure to address our health concerns, I made the decision to relocate to a different hotel, which cost the other £360. Despite informing the hotel management about the situation, they displayed a lack of concern and even laughed about the matter.

I don’t know where to start! The transfer was 2 hrs late after we landed to get us to the hotel. The staff aren’t helpful. They gave us a room in a basement with no windows and so dirty. The rooms nothing like that they advertised. After we complained they charge us €25 extra per nights and upgraded our room but the room is still dirty and disgusting. No kettles and not even a toilet rolls!!! Please never book this hotel.

Service catastrophique, propreté des chambres catastrophiques, mensonge des personnels tenant le restaurant pour eviter de faire des hamburgers, etc. A fuir, ne vaut pas du tout le prix demandé pour un tel service. Beaucoup de monde de l'extérieur pour aller à la piscine en journée.
